Yes. Model training runs client-side in your own browser, on your own device — so it costs us nothing and costs you no credits, on Free and Pro alike. Credits only apply when you reach for our AI helpers or our cloud compute.
What are credits, and what uses them? ▾
Credits meter AI helpers (Sharp calls) and cloud compute (hosted training, heavier backtests, sims). Free includes 50 credits/month; Pro includes 500 credits/month. When the usage bar fills, you top up pay-as-you-go.
What happens when I run out of credits? ▾
Nothing breaks. The next AI or cloud action shows a top-up prompt — confirm and Stripe charges $1 per credit, the action runs immediately. Top-ups never expire and are available on every tier, including Free.
How does Pro billing work — weekly, monthly, or annual? ▾
Same Pro plan, three cadences. Weekly is $15/week for short bursts, monthly is $40/month, and annual is $400/year — 2 months free vs paying monthly ($480/yr). All three grant the same 500-credit monthly pool.
Can I cancel anytime? ▾
Yes. Cancel from Account Settings. You retain access through the end of your current billing period. No questions asked.
What happens to my models if I downgrade? ▾
Saved models persist on your account forever. You keep on-device training and your Free credit grant; you just lose live picks and the larger credit pool until you re-upgrade.
Is there a refund policy? ▾
