Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Shark Snip application (the "Service") operated by us.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1a. SharkSnip is an Analytics Platform — Not a Sportsbook
SharkSnip is an analytics and data-science platform. No real-money wagering takes place on this site. Subscriptions grant access to models, predictions, historical data, and tooling. We do not accept, place, facilitate, or settle bets.
Where we publish probabilities or suggested edges, they are the output of statistical models, not financial or gambling advice. Past model performance is not indicative of future results. Users are solely responsible for any wagers they place with third-party operators based on information obtained here.
Users must be at least 21 years old to access paid features. Access may be restricted based on the user's jurisdiction.
2. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
3. User Content (Datasets)
Our Service allows you to upload, store, and share data files ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content that you upload, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that: (i) the User Content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it and grant us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the uploading of your User Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.
You retain any and all of your rights to any User Content you submit. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for User Content you or any third party posts on or through the Service.
4. Data Usage for Machine Learning
When you train models using our Service, your uploaded datasets and feature configurations are processed to build machine learning models. Model artifacts and predictions are stored in your account and are not shared with other users unless you explicitly choose to share them via the Community Hub.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Shark Snip and its licensors.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided for informational and analytical purposes only. The information and model outputs provided by the Service do not constitute financial or betting advice. You agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
In no case shall Shark Snip, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, or any similar damages, arising from your use of the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
