Billing terms should be clear before checkout. This page explains the current offer, cancellation, and the refund policy.
Current billing terms
- Weekly offer: $1 for the first week, then $2.99 per week.
Checkout shows the offer attached to your purchase before you confirm it.
Cancel future renewal
You may cancel future renewal at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not submit a refund request.
Refund policy
Subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund past periods, results, or losses.
Billing errors and duplicate charges are corrected, and nothing here limits rights you have under the law where you live. Contact support@sharksnip.com with the account email and charge date. Do not send a full card number.
