How much does Shark Snip cost?
Shark Snip has a free building tier, Slate Pass access for one model and slate, Grinder for heavier live-pick research, and Research Pro for advanced analysis. Current limits and promotions are listed on /pricing.
Can I get a refund?
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or tied to a service failure or billing error. Slate Passes are non-refundable once the slate has started. Email support@sharksnip.com and we will review the charge.
How do the predictions work?
Trained ML models (TF.js in-browser or Python server-side) over historical games, box scores, and market lines. Probabilistic, not guarantees.
What data sources do you use?
nflverse, The Odds API, official league APIs, Tank01/public NBA PBP. Full list at /privacy.
Why can't I bet real money on the site?
Shark Snip is analytics, not a sportsbook. We do not accept wagers or hold sportsbook funds.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Settings → Billing → Manage Subscription (Stripe portal).
Do you offer an API?
Research Pro includes the highest self-serve API allowance. Larger sportsbook, media, or research needs can contact enterprise@sharksnip.com.
Available in all US states?
Analytics is nationwide. Real-money wagering at third-party books is your responsibility and subject to state law.
Why is my prediction different from ESPN/Fox?
We weight recent form, injuries, and market movement differently. Compare Brier scores in /tinker.
How do I delete my account?
Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. Permanent, GDPR-compliant.
