Hello and welcome back to Talkin Giants, presented by the Fanatics Sports & Casino. It is October 16th, 2026, and we have a week six Giants Saints preview. Shaun, I'm fired up for this game. I'm excited for this game. I think obviously, the Saints, a winnable game coming in at one and four, coming to MetLife Stadium this Sunday at 1 p.m. The weather is looking pretty decent, too. I'm excited for this game, but I'll tell you what. I'm thirsty for blood, and I'll tell you why. But how are you doing? I'm doing great. I'm so curious if you're thirsty for blood for the same reasons I am. So I'm going to I'm going to bend the knee like Game of Thrones. I'll let you rip here, pal. I'm going to ask you to do something scary. OK, it is spooky season, as the women like to say around here. Go back to the 2025 season. All right. Giants Chargers Week 4. Giants get their first win of the season. Our first win as co-hosts together of this show and Jackson Dart's first win. Yep. That was our first episode together, by the way. Riding high and on top of the world. And the next week, who did we play? The Saints. The 0-3 Lowly New Orleans Saints with Spencer Rattler at the helm. It was kind of what I like to call. I considered that a non-mathematical must-win game. So, you could start to prove that you were ridding yourselves of the disease of losing, right? Be it a bad team. And man, were they bad. They were bad at that point last year. And instead, they had a disgusting, a disgusting loss that the Giants and its players gave away. I still look at that Saints postgame pod. And Shaun, that was the straight up, just most angry I was at the team last year. And even though coaching is obviously different, this game versus the Saints, now fast forward a year later, this should be a game that the players that were on the team last year, they look at and they take personal, personal to win because of what happened last year and the way, the way that the players, the players gave away. They gave away a lot of games last year. But if I had to pin it on player execution and player mistakes, it would really be that Saints game, especially considering it hurts how freaking bad, horrible the Saints were. So almost a calendar year later, probably a little more than a calendar year later, playing the Saints again, this time you're playing them at home. It's basically a pick them on the Fanatics Sports & Casino. It's minus a half a point as of Thursday. Shaun, you got to take a personal man. I am out for blood. I want to win this game and I want to beat the Saints. I do too. So that's part of the reason I am. Real quickly, can you name the four straight turnovers in that game? I feel like it was Dart. Do I have to name them in order? I mean, no, not in order, not in order. I think it was two Skattebo fumbles and wasn't it too like too Dart, a Dart fumble and a Dart interception. It was Slayton had a bad drop too. It was Slayton fumbled as well. A Slayton fumble, Dart picks and a Skattebo fumble. I said to say, you know, neighbors wasn't even there, likely wasn't there. It comes back to Skattebo. Skattebo fumbled in that game. He's the only one of those turnover guys. And he's coming off a massive fumble a week ago. So you got to think that there's got to be a little something personal for Skattebo who's acknowledged, by the way, when the Giants are underdogs in these games. I'm looking at Kim Skattebo in this game going, this game above anybody else that's left in this core has to mean something for you. You're the last turnover guy standing from last week. And you're playing a week after a bad turnover the week before. Also Justin, when you consider like rivals of the New York Giants, right? It's the Cowboys, it's the Eagles, Commanders, Redskins, and like the next year below. For fan purposes, once every four years, the Jets kind of waltz our way in. And then like the 49ers are like that other like NFC kind of, you know, we see them years after year. Man, do the Giants and Saints have some games that leave memorable taste in our mouth, both, you know, a lot of times bad, but sometimes good. And it just feels like every time the Saints pop up on the schedule, it's a game I'm going to remember for the rest of my life. And last year is certainly one. Five years ago, I know this is five years ago, because my daughter just turned five, and the last game before she existed as a human being was the Daniel Jones, coin toss, Jabril Peppers game at overtime. We have, of course, the Breeze Eli shootout. And how many of those times do Giants get their ass kicked down in New Orleans? David Wilson in 2012, right? Yes, returning the kick. Like, for some reason, when the wheel spins on Giants-Saints, they are games we never forget. So I want Skattebo to take the fumble last week and last year, personal. And just from a fan standpoint, like Giants, let's go give us a positive memory. We've had a lot of bad ones here in this little Saints-Giants, whatever you want to call it. Yeah. So, I mean, let's start off with the Giants offense. All right. We're talking about Cam Skattebo, so let's actually talk about the Giants rushing offense versus the Saints defense. Usually, we start off with the passing offense, but, man. The non-existent Saints rush defense? Dude. Dude. We finally kind of came to the realization on the midweek show that now that there's a sample size, now that we're getting into the 2026 season, and we're seeing how teams shake out and how teams stack up against each other, and how the wins and losses stack up against each other, now I do feel like there is a different perspective that you take on the Dallas Cowboy victory and how the Giants won and be like, man, you know, maybe the way that they won week one because of how bad and awful that Dallas defense is, maybe that is not something that the Giants could do on an every single kind of week basis. But if there's an opponent that they can possibly get that back, that they could possibly have another one of those nights where they run the ball like that, it is against the New Orleans Saints. And I am looking at Cam Skattebo for all the reasons that you said, and that's why I set it up in kind of that cold open. That's why I set it up about what happened last year and then forget what happened last year. What happened last week? Giants could be four and one. Four and one with the two game lead in the division. If Cam Skattebo holds on to the football. Five fumbles in his 12 career games, probably even nine starts out of those 12 career games that Cam Skattebo's had so far. Yeah, he has to take it personal, personal. Here are the rushing yards by game that the Saints have allowed. Now, don't get me wrong. They have faced some really good rushing offenses. They faced some really good running backs and they faced some really good run game designers and coordinators within that too. The Lions, they gave up 165 yards on the ground. The Ravens, they gave up 108 yards on the ground. Ravens, by the way, pretty sure that was a week two in the narrative where it was a second half where they barely gave the ball to Derek Henry despite having a multi-score lead, 108 yards. So Derek Henry ran the ball really well. They just chose not to give the ball to him in the second half and then that's the only game that the Saints came back and they won. 113 yards allowed to the Las Vegas Raiders, 205 yards allowed to the Atlanta Falcons. And even last week, last week, this is what sticks out to me. 153 rushing yards allowed to the Minnesota Vikings. Yeah. Minnesota Vikings. Shout out Aaron Jones. This has got to be the week. It has to be the week and the one game I couldn't get enough of because obviously it was nationally televised was that Falcon game where it was just B. Sean Robinson put on a complete show. Yeah. And I'm willing, I was willing to give the Saints a pass just from the standpoint of like B. Sean Robinson might be the best running back in football. Kevin Stefanski and that offense line, like they're pretty good, man. You know, exactly. You give them credit, but then you go back through those other games. Obviously they faced Jameer Gibbs in week one. That doesn't help as well. But in the end, when you do what you did versus the Vikings last year, I think the Vikings are a comparable football team to the New York Giants where you clearly see your limitations at quarterback, even limitations within the run game and a blitz first defense. I know getting the defense a little bit like that's a comparable effort. It's just unacceptable what they did on the ground defensively versus the Minnesota Vikings. So, this is where I'm so fascinated by the way the Giants kind of combine the fact that New Orleans has struggled versus all these teams, but also combine the fact that we had questions about the usage of running backs, right? Whether Tyrone Tracy was going to get more carries, whether Devin Singletary was going to be active in this game. But in the end, you still know that Cam Skattebo is going to be your lead back. I have a hard time thinking this goes into more of a 50-50, 30-30-30 split. You get the point. He's got to just find those holes. Be a little more patient, too. Cam Skattebo is so quick, if you go through the tape, to kind of not just have that moment of hesitation where he waits for a hole to fill up, and he's allowing defenders to close in. But even more so than that, Justin, I think the idea for the Vikings' run game last year, was just last week, how depleted the Saints have gotten at linebacker, including a couple DNPs this week as well. So it looks like they're going to stay depleted at linebacker. But man, getting past that first level and just allowing the holes that, you know, open up for you a little bit on that O-line, is going to be so paramount for the giant running backs. Don't be so quick to have a hole, you know, not open up for yourself, Kayvon Skattebo. Be a little more of a patient runner based on the tape. Yeah, I mean, the numbers are bad, up and down for the Saints' run defense. And shout out to Marshall Green for putting it all out on one graphic. Rushing yards per game, Saints are 30th in the league, at almost 150 rushing yards allowed per game. They're last in rushing touchdowns allowed. Yards per carry, 4.9, that's number 26. EPA per rush, they're 27th in the league. 10 yard runs, they've allowed the fifth most in the National Football League. Can we get a couple of those, please? Again, Tyrone Tracy. Yeah, Jinx, buy me a Coke. Tyrone Tracy. They have the third lowest stuff rate. They do not stuff guys at the line of scrimmage. Yards before contact per attempt, they're 20th in the league. Yards after contact per attempt, this is where the Giants rushing offense, especially in Kam Skattebo, they're thriving, you know, if Kam Skattebo is thriving in one area, it does thrive yards after contact. They are fourth worst in the National Football League in yards after contact per attempt. So everything is set up, everything is set up for the Giants run game to have at least somewhat of a Renaissance day. I still don't want them to be totally run first. Hey, if they're run first and if that just works, Shaun, true, I know we don't, but if it's not working, if it's not working and the Saints are stacking the box and the Saints do love to play with a lot of single high safety, even though they run a lot of zone coverage, we're going to talk about how they play with the good amount of single high safety as well. So they may be stacking the box and loading the box because that's what every team has done since Jackson Dard has gone down, daring Jameis Winston to throw the ball. The Saints may do that again. So if they're going to dare you to throw the ball and this Saints pass defense is not great either, and I think they're going to give everything that you need, everything that you need, I think the Saints are going to give you whether that possibly could be deep down the field. There are going to be certain areas that I think the Giants can attack in the intermediate part of the field towards the sidelines. And then of course, in the short part of the field, I think this can be a game where Isaiah likely can absolutely eat as well. I think if they're able to be efficient enough on early downs with throwing the ball and having more balance and maybe even transitioning to more of an aggressive pass happy-ish team on first and second down, definitely more than what they've been doing. They don't have to become the freaking Cincinnati Bengals with the 65% throw rate on first and second down, but more balance putting it in Jameis Winston's arms and trying to just get the ball out of his hands quick. The Saints are going to run so much man coverage that I think that that stuff underneath is going to be there for you. So hopefully that will help set up favorable positions, favorable boxes, favorable personnel matchups to better and more successfully run the ball. Listen, no doubt about it. And you mentioned first and second down, but how about first quarter? This has been something where it feels like under Jameis and the quote unquote Jameis Winston experience, the Giants have really waited until the second halves to let him rip, at least the last two weeks where it really got going versus Arizona and versus Washington, albeit the elements got better. But on a clear day, slightly chilly at MetLife, I'd like to see New Orleans kind of thrown in a blizzard, you know, in a blizzard I was going to say, in a blender here early where Jameis is just making those quick release passes to start the game. New Orleans has to anticipate that a team that has tried to run the ball and has made it their at least hopeful identity is going to try to do that early in the game. I want to catch them in some of these manned coverages and run that pass and have them guessing for the rest of the game. And I think that is going to be able to, I think, flip the script for the Giants where if they get a lead and it's suddenly not Jameis having to throw them back into a, you know, a trailing deficit, then you punish them and you and you take care of business in the second half with a lot of those run on first and second down situations where by that point St. Defense a little more gassed, a little more guessing what the hell you're doing, almost kind of flip the game plan. And I think they were leaning into what they're doing. Also, Justin, this has to be worth mentioning because both Jordan Renan and Connor Hughes have been all over this. You know, the JJ. McCarthy package expanding, forget whether you like the package or don't like the package. Like just put that argument to the side. That expansion to me screams, want to run the ball more when JJ. McCarthy's out there. Like how could it not? As much as we want to see them pass, you know the idea of him being out there is to create more opportunities for run looks. So this seems to be something where I really, I'm guessing on what the hell is going to go on here. If you're running more JJ. McCarthy looks, is that coming in the second half after Jameis has kind of cooked them up a little bit? Are you going to do this early in the game and kind of get away from what we're saying? Either way, it seems to be that run pass balance. I have no idea what the hell is coming. So how the hell can the Saints have any idea what's coming? But again, I'm looking to pass the ball early and often in this game. All right, before we keep talking about this matchup, I got to talk to you about Mohegan Sun. This episode is sponsored by Mohegan Sun. I recently went to a show in New York. You want to know what happened, Shaun? I could barely see them. My seat wasn't even that bad. The stadium was just too big. I also get so sick and tired of when I am in a crowd of people and there are girls that are just screaming and I hear the girls screaming at the concert, but I actually can't hear the damn artist. That's why catching shows at Mohegan Sun Arena at Mohegan Sun is great. With about 10,000 seats, it's small enough to feel intimate and actually get close to the band or singer you want to see. No matter what seats you end up in, it's awesome, but it's big enough to attract some crazy talent. You want to know who's been there before? How about Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Jay-Z, Prince? Ever heard of them? Spring Street Gaga, Metallica, Alanis Morissette, they're all coming up. You get it, the real deals. And when the show is over, the fun's just getting started with a great selection of bars and restaurants to hit up after the show. Shaun, you've been there. Yeah, dude. First of all, the acoustics in the arena are incredible, and if I could walk from my beautiful room, go see Alanis Morissette, wouldn't that be ironic? And then you followed up with a great meal. By the way, check out HashHashAgoGo. Incredible, incredible creative meals over there. Entertainment restaurants before or after it's all happening at Mohegan Sun and the Mohegan Sun Arena. With the JJ. McCarthy packages, you're expecting the run, the Saints are going to be expecting the run, and that's exactly why you have to try and throw out of it. Well, you do, you do, but I'm saying if you're running more plays, like they ran, what, four plays? Was it five that didn't, because the other one didn't count, it was four including that, whatever it was. What does more mean? That's my question. What does more mean? Does that mean 10? If it means 10, how many of those have to be a pass? 50%? Well, even if you do it once, but if it works and you're running like a deep concepts, just showing that there's more, so the whole theme of what I've been talking about this season as Jackson Dard has gone down is the Giants now have to prove that they can accomplish multiple things on offense that defenses have to account for. Yes. Yes. And I think they're starting to do that. They're starting to do that. Interested to see how the Saints play them, how the Saints play them on early downs. Very fascinated to see how the Saints play them on early downs. But when McCarthy's out there, it's just not going to work if they run the ball on every single play. Because when McCarthy is out there, that is just a telltale to the defense that we are going to sell out on the run. But if McCarthy pulls it out and then he throws, and very similar to what Dan Quinn did last week in the second half of the commanders game, where then Isaiah Likely and Malik Neighbors, they find themselves in these 1v1 matchups with no one over the middle of the field, then I think the McCarthy packages can get a lot more dangerous, you know? Yeah, yeah. I almost wonder if the first two times McCarthy's on the field Sunday, you almost have to pass. Like show at least two of those looks. I'm fascinated by the way they use them. Again, we could argue about it later, but I just think it ties into the whole run pass concept and try to figure out what the hell you want to do early in this game versus Saints. And even if the Giants, let's just say, their early down offense isn't that great. They're averaging eight, nine yards to go on third down. Saints defense has been awful on third down. They are the third worst defense right now on third down percentage. 48.3% first down rate opponents have against the Saints defense. And they're also a bottom quarter-ish team as a red zone offense as well. On a team with Malik Neighbors and Isaiah Likely, that screams advantage Giants. Yeah, 100%. 100%. Saints run a lot of cover three. They run zone coverage at the second-highest rate in the league at 85.6%. That's only 0.2% behind the Seahawks or first in the league. And like I said, a lot of that zone coverage, there are a lot of the times they're running cover three within it. And how you kind of get a tell-tale that it's going to be cover three, 65% of the plays, they operate out of a single high look. And when defenses usually operate with one center field safety, it could be cover one, or it could be cover three most of the time. So a team that plays so much zone, odds are that that look that they're going to give you with the single high, because they're not really playing a lot of men, it's going to be a cover three look. The Saints defense, I mentioned all the bad stats that they have against the run. They have the third worst pass success percentage allowed against them, fourth highest completion rate allowed, sixth lowest contested target percentage. So they're allowing a lot of completions and their DBs aren't contesting balls. Fourth lowest pass deflection, passes defense in the league, with a 7.3 average depth of target, which is the ninth lowest in the league. That's telling me that this is a defense that is prioritizing not letting anything go deep, but they are letting a lot of things happen underneath them. They are a defense that is designed to be a bend but don't break unit. Exactly, and you know what, Ben, but don't break and the non-contested balls also yells out to me, we've seen it coming. I think there's a couple more looks for Malachi Fields in this game, especially if you're mixing your run pass options. We know as the big body receiver, Malachi Fields is starting to get that chemistry with Jameis. You've noticed it. Obviously, he scored his first touchdown, which was not a contested ball two weeks ago. He had a semi-decent play last week for the Giants. I think this is the perfect opportunity, maybe they try to focus all resources on neighbors and Likely to get Malachi Fields a little more than two catches in a game here. And even if it's not Malachi Fields throwing it deep, maybe they could split the seams. Hey, cover three, I think you could split the seams and maybe you can kind of throw it up the middle if that's how you want to target him. Especially if that high safety, too, is going Likely's way. Keep them guessing, man. I would even like to see Malachi Fields target it in the short part of the field because he's done some good things after the catch and he's a tough guy to bring down, you know? Bring down, yep, because he's got the hands and again, tough to bring down. I think Isaiah Likely can own the short part of the field, too. Like even if a defense starts to give Isaiah Likely a lot of attention, Isaiah Likely can do such a good job of finding the holes and zones, has had a good chemistry and a good connection with any quarterback that's lined up here for the New York Giants now. So those two, Winston and Likely, can have a good connection too. I think Likely could have another high-volume type of day, even if he's getting a lot of attention thrown his way. I think he's going to be smart and he's going to find ways to get open. And Shaun, another area that I think you can attack on cover three is near the sidelines, the intermediate part of the field, the 10 to 19-yard range near the sidelines. Now, that's not been an area that the Giants have fully attacked this year, that's kind of gone away from the trends of Jameis Winston's career. But hitch routes and out routes, targeting Malik neighbors near the sideline. If you're not going to press him and you're going to allow some cushion and then your cornerbacks are going to be dropping out from there, having those out routes and hitch routes, and that's kind of where Malik neighbors made a lot of his money even last week against Dan Quinn's commanders, that can be an area where Malik neighbors get some easy wins as well. And it could be some easy pitching catches near the first down marker, near the sticks. Yep, no doubt. Now, I do want to get to the part of their defense that does worry me in this game. What is the part of their defense that worries you? I actually think this is the best version of Chase Young that the Giants will have ever seen in his career. On thousand percent. Right now. And the vulnerabilities of the Giants to tackle, right? Like, it looks like Jermaine Illuminore is not going to go. I'll believe Andrew Thomas doesn't play when he doesn't play. I know he really, really labored through getting through that Washington game a week ago. And, you know, listen, you could be a moment away from it being JC. Davis and Marcus Bowe, because again, if Illuminore is inactive, I expect JC. Davis to be active. Man, for all those years in Washington and all the like the tie ins that Chase Young has to the Giants with the Andrew Thomas stuff, right? Chase Young, to his credit, went from kind of looking like he was going to fizzle out, bounce around the league and do whatever, to really finding a home in New Orleans. He's cooked this year. He has really put it together. And I do worry still with Jameis Winston. Some of the bad that we've seen from Jameis Winston has involved him holding on to the ball a little too long, kind of finding his way to step into sacks. I could see this being a scenario where like last week, Jameis Winston fumbles. Chase Young is the one guy on this Saints defense, if the Giants are taking advantage of the cover three and the man coverage and running the ball, he's the one guy who could wreck this thing the other way and make Jameis look like bad Jameis in this game, especially versus vulnerable tackles and it worries me. Yeah, 1000% Chase Young has been one of the best pass rushers in the league so far this year. He's second in win rate, tied for 10th in total pressures. He has four sacks and five games. Carl Granderson on the other side too, solid player, solid player for a long time now, has always been a strong and reliable player. He has been actually double teamed and chipped. Carl Granderson, that is, more than Chase Young. And finally, against the Vikings, he kind of had a little bit of this breakout game. It's because against the Vikings, he got the most one-on-one matchups that he's gotten so far this year. And it ended in a one-and-a-half sack game for him. He got a couple quarterback hits as well. I think a couple tackles for loss too. So both of those guys on the edges are looking pretty solid. And I think Andrew Thomas is going to play. He played 89 snaps last week. Didn't leave the game. Didn't come out. And the last two weeks, I feel like he hasn't practiced a single day. Like he's been out every single practice report and injury report we've gotten. Jermain Alouminore is the one to keep an eye out for. Didn't practice Wednesday. Did not practice Thursday with the calf. Now it was reported in the early part of the week that I think he's going to be re-evaluated on Friday. And that's when I think he's going to test things out. So that will be a big TBD. We may hear word on Friday that he's out. Or we may hear word on game day and whatever the decision is. But regardless, probably on the top of my head, Shaun, the best edge rushing duo that we've maybe faced since the Rams, since like Byron Young was in there. Probably right. Right. Especially from the edge. Because the Titans are more interior. Yeah. And Arizona non-existent. It is. And look, the Saints have to be decent somewhere on the defense. We alluded to all their other problems. Yeah. That is where their strength is going to be. And it's just one of those games where I feel like we're going to say this a bunch. God, man, if Jackson Dart was playing, I wouldn't even be worried about this. But it's just the way that Jameis has stood back there and taken some of these sacks. It's just does. It's a giant vulnerability with injuries compared to a Saint strength. And that's the one thing that they negate all the positive we talked about with this matchup. Jermain Aluminor is out there and he's healthy. I have very little fear because he's been one of the best tackles in the league. Especially, yeah, obviously in the past. And look, I feel better about Marcus Bowe than I would have with other swing tackles, for sure. It's just, man, Andrew Thomas has not been Andrew Thomas either right now. And no Aluminor combined with the fact that we don't have the real Andrew Thomas, it's just, it's one of those things, man. You just cross your fingers and you just hope. And I'm fine with eating sacks, by the way. Jameis, if you got to take a sack, I'd rather you can't fumble. You can't fumble. I agree. Listen, if the sack, if Jameis gets sacked six times in this game, but he doesn't fumble, doesn't throw an interception because he feels hurried, you absolutely sign forward and take it. Take your losses when they come. Just don't let them lead to disaster plays. Yeah. And I will say too, I can't believe I'm saying this. Do you know who the top two quarterbacks are right now in the NFL in EPA per rush? Limited sample size. Per rush. Well, I'm going to assume because we've only seen Jameis rush three times in the open, like first down, Jameis has to be one. Jameis and Jackson Dart. There you go. All right. I don't know how, I did see a chart. I don't know how darts do. I feel like Dart doesn't even run that much. But remember when he did, it was similar. It was like a couple scrambles. Yeah. And then I think he had one run versus the Rams before he got banged up. Right? Yeah. So when Jameis is, I feel like he did it a couple of times versus the commanders last week. There was like some big, like Jameis may have probably had like the biggest runs of the game for the Giants. And he pumped it past the first down marker. It's crazy. It's crazy. But it like works. You know, sometimes it gets these DBs, like, you know that they're not going to throw the ball when they're 10 yards down the field. But some of these DBs still fall for it. So, hey, like, hey, these edge rushers are going to get up field and they're going to allow lanes. I mean, you know, I saw it. It was Jameis Winston's first camp that was last year, right? Jameis Winston's first camp was last year. Yes. Yeah. And man, in practice, in practice, man, he would just tuck it and run as the third string, as the third string quarterback that didn't give two shits about about the play. And I'm like, there's they don't want you to tuck it and run. They kind of want you to throw the ball to, you know, Dalyne Cambry here. Yeah. Hey, listen, those practice reps might matter this year now, don't they? It would just be so funny. Like the dude would love to run. He thought he was Josh Allen back there. And I guess we're kind of seeing it a little bit. So, hey, if the Edgerushers are going to get after the quarterback and if they're going to sell out, maybe there's some lanes. Maybe there's some lanes there for young Jameis Winston. So I will say what is big, though, Shaun, like we're mentioning the fear of the Edgerushers, but Caden Ellis being out is huge, huge for them. He was a DNP on Wednesday and he's been out for the last two weeks. Caden Ellis and Terry Linebacker would be huge from a pass rushing standpoint if he does not play. Hell, yeah. The Saints have the 10th, the Saints, when he's off the field, when Caden Ellis is off the field, the Saints have the second worst pressure rate in the NFL. On the season, they have the 10th highest blitz rate and it's mostly they bring 5, but their 25th in pressure rate and 18th in sack rate. They're going to blitz Jameis. Like what I said, when Ellis is off the field, it's even worse. And like you just said, I feel like all these teams are trying to blitz Jameis. You have to. You have to. Yeah. And that's where he's just got to keep having that trust with neighbors and likely. And Jameis, I will say for all the bad numbers of the Saints, Jameis Winston has averaged the second few yards per attempt and explosive play rate against cover three so far this season. And he's averaged the 11th fewest yards per attempt against all other coverages, but the 12th highest explosive play rate. So at least certain across certain other coverages, he's been explosive, but against cover three, he has been not explosive and not very productive at all. But again, I feel like if they're preparing for cover three and if the game plan is, look at how much space there is in the short part of the field. I think there's going to be opportunities for, you know, we were talking about Malachi fields. Why can't Darnold Mooney be included in that too? Isaiah, likely there will be opportunities to get the ball to Malik neighbors down the field near the sidelines, right? Even attacking a whole shot here. I feel there are ways that I don't think the Saints defense is going to force you to play a certain way. I think they're going to be able to give you answers because they're just not a good defense right now. Absolutely. So, all right, Shaun, before we get to talking about the Giants defense versus the New Orleans Saints offense, we have to talk and put together our parlay. It's time to make our same game parlay picks for this week's Giants game presented by the Fanatics Sports & Casino. You can make your own same game parlay by picking multiple legs from this week's game and combine them into one bet or you can tail our picks right in the Fanatics Sports & Casino. So, Shaun, what I did is, of course, I tailed. I tailed my own damn bet that I made last week. Yeah, I did too. And it was all of these beautiful things that were happening. And of course, we got to a point where I'm like, oh, Najee Harris finally got 10 rushing yards. Oh, Jaden Daniels got more than 30 rushing yards. I should have freaking bet 60. Yes. Kam Skattebo got more than 30 rushing yards. Oh, no, but the over is going to hit. I cashed out, it didn't hit. We were close again, one leg away. So it's on you this week. What do you got? All right, we're shortness. I'm a three-leg guy now. I got, we're going with the tripod. So I'm going Giants Moneyline. Spoiler alert, we're going to pick this. Obviously at the end of the game, I'll give you a score or whatever. But again, the Giants, DeNord Wilson said this on Thursday. He acknowledged the fact of like being an underdog at home. The Giants are clearly paying attention to when they're underdogs in these games. So rather than screw up the spread, we're going giant money line, leg number one. We just talked about blitzing Jameis Winston all day long. And we talked about the cover three that's coming. Malik Neighbors is feeling himself right now, Justin. He is getting the mental confidence back. Last week, you saw how excited he was to catch that touchdown. So my last two legs are Malik Neighbors related. Six or more catches, leg number two, and a Malik Neighbors touchdown. He has scored one, what is it? Two straight weeks now for Malik Neighbors in the endzone. I think Malik Neighbors gets back in the endzone again. We are not talking about weather for the first time in forever. So this is a three-leg parlay that is basically Malik Neighbors and a Giants win. A touchdown, six or more grabs, giant money line, plus 565 at the time of recording on the Fanatics Sports & Casino. Yeah, and something that is really interesting to note too. I want to find this note on Alante Taylor. Oh no, excuse me, Kool-Aid McKintry. Kool-Aid McKintry has allowed 255 yards in coverage this season. That's the seventh most among outside cornerbacks. 8.8 yards per target. That's the 10th most. McKintry has spent 84.6 seconds in coverage, in tight coverage this year. That's the 10th most. But he's allowed 3.4 yards of separation when targeted, which is the 12th most. You want to know what that tells me? Oh yeah. That tells me if Malik neighbors can get some nice breaks, if Malik neighbors can sell vertically but then cut, and hey, these corners are playing it, you know, they're giving them cushion and they're not, they don't want to allow anything behind them, Malik neighbors should be able to eat near the sideline this week. That is my prediction, Shaun. Honestly, I think this hits if the Giants win. Put it this way. The neighbors are like the two most confident I am. Yes, the Giants' best player got to get a touchdown and having six plus receptions. I think that's a pretty good bet. No doubt, no doubt. All right, so that was the Talkin Giants Parlay of the week. Every game day brings another chance to bet, earn and win. Fanatics Sports & Casino, the only sportsbook to reward every bet because winning hits different here. Thank you to Fanatics. We got to get one. We got to get one. We've been close. We've been close. Justin, go 1 and 0 this week. That's right. Go 1 and 0. All right. This Giants defense versus the Saints offense. I want to bring you back to this. Do you remember the shit that Spencer Rattler said last year? I had forgotten about this, to be honest with you. Spencer Rattler on the Giants defense. This was leading up to our matchup last year. On the back end, they don't do as much as what we've seen from these other teams, disguise-wise. They've got their wrinkles and everything, but they run what they do well. I'll tell you what. Spencer Rattler was talking about our defense, and then he stood on business. Yeah, wasn't that Spencer Rattler's first win of his career? Yes, it was infuriating, infuriating. Well, Shaun, I'm confident that the quarterback room isn't saying the same thing this year, and that excites me. Yeah, and look, now I think we could all look back a year later and watch D'Nord Wilson's defense compared to Shane Bohn's defense and go, Spencer Rattler was right. Oh, 1000%! And that's why it was so infuriating that Spencer Rattler was right. He called the shot like Babe Ruth, right? Yeah. Yeah, so look, obviously Tyler Shough is kind of going through it a little bit here, even had a little bit of a left hand injury. The tape can't make Tyler Shough feel comfortable, whether it's Orville Reese. And again, we're going to find out, you know, by the time you're listening to this, you might know more about Abdul Carter. But this is a giant defense that has turned up the heat the last two weeks. And I can't imagine that the heat will continue to get dialed up a little bit. And just look at last week here with the Minnesota Vikings blitzing at, I lost the rate, but it was an insane amount that Brian Flores brought the pressure. Dude, I mean, Chris Olave is the leading receiver in this game with 46 yards. He finds Vele a little bit, four catches, 26 yards. They just could not get any big plays going. The long and last week's game was a Chris Olave 16 yard catch. I think this is a game where if the Giants disguise enough, bring the heat, bring the pressure, you're going to have Tyler Shough not having the ability to make any big plays down the field to Chris Olave. Who's battling an illness this week, by the way, himself? Five interceptions and five fumbles so far this year for Tyler Shough. And you know what? As a quick aside, Spencer Rattler called this shot last week, last year, that's great. You opened the show in our little cold open there talking about what's personal. We focus so much time if you live on social media on the Titans fans, the six of them that exist and trash talking. I haven't forgotten the Saints fans either who basically acted like Jackson Dart was like gum on the shoe and Tyler Shough was God's gift to the rookie quarterback class last year. I want to make Saints fans pay and let Tyler Shough absolutely melt versus the Denard Wilson defense in this game. That feels a little personal for me too. Do you remember the way Saints fans acted about Shough last year compared to Jackson Dart? I haven't forgotten that either. 1000%. I'm glad you brought that up because I wanted to bring that up before the Titans game. Like we have to beat them because they acted like they never wanted horrible. How insane. And then they celebrate it like, oh, we always wanted Salah. We love this duo. Screw you. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, man. I mean, it would be very sweet to even just beat them without dart. Like you can't even beat them when the guy's down. With, by the way, a quarterback that they cast aside in Jameis Winston, who could have stuck around a little longer in New Orleans. Yeah. Saints have three or more turnovers in three of their five games this year. The only game they had zero turnovers, they won. Well, I mean, that checks. Can we get Javon Holland back on the board with an interception? Nobody targets Javon Holland. I know they've gotten away from him. But Javon Holland, as you pointed out on your Twitter, was it your Twitter or Talkin Giants, the path he took to the week one interception? Oh, yeah. Sometimes you don't have to target Javon Holland to get an interception, dude. I've been working on this program, and I think Tyler Shough, if pressured, can throw up some of those ducks near the sideline. And it has the potential to be picked off by a guy like Javon Holland or even a corner. I've been working on this new program. I'm so excited by it, man. Our tech guy, Chris, at John Boy Media, he just sends me a new version of this program. Every time that I use it and I export some stuff, I'm like, oh, here are some notes, here are some notes. So what this program does is it picks up on all 22 coaches' film, and it picks up on the wide receivers, the tight ends, the running backs, the quarterback, and even the back seven guys on the defense. It picks up on them and it can trace them, it could trace their paths. So the Javon Holland, if you look on my Twitter, I posted on Wednesday, the Javon Holland path that he took on the Interception versus Dallas, and you really get a chance to really appreciate the space, the ground that he had to cover. So I'll be putting that out on the MySocials and also the Talkin Giants socials too, the more cool stuff that happens. So get excited about that. I think that's going to be really cool. I also think there's a way to try and visualize like blitzes with that too, and like all of the lines and the traces that just center in on a quarterback. I like that could be really cool. Very easy to track and easy on the eyes. Yeah, but forcing turnovers. That's it, man. Forcing turnovers. I think this has got to be a game where this is an offense that they're playing that has the tendency to do it. I would like the Giants to continue to put pressure and if you get them, it changes the entire game, makes things easier on an offense. It does help that you can trust your defensive backs now with the Blitzes because this is the ideal quarterback, the ideal team to pressure. And look, a lot of the attention will be on Olave though. You do have to be cognizant of the speed that Veyley brings. I mean, obviously in his time in Denver, he could get down the field in a hurry, wonder how much. You know, on Drew Phillips, maybe you're going to work a little bit there with Devon Veyley as well. That's kind of the X factor to me in an offense where I think some of this quick release stuff is going to come in if Tyler Shough should do that versus the Blitz as well. Yeah, you got to look out for Veyley for sure, but I mean, he's 18th in the league in targets right now, 25 catches, but he's 36th in yards. He's 110th in yards per route run. Which shocks me because in Denver, he was not that kind of player. He, Jawan Johnson is 75th in yards per route run as a tight end, which I will say, like Jawan Johnson, pretty, pretty good tight end. Yeah, he is. Big body, of course. But they are, it feels like they are very Chris Olave or bust as an offense. Olave is third in targets. He's second in yards and then is 12th in yards per route run. Yeah, and honestly, especially because Travis Etienne has been hurting on IR too, which is, that was the guy they expected to be a factor, not on the run game, the pass game as well. Yeah, 1,000%. I do want to talk about this, because I'll tell you, if this were Talkin Saints, we would be talking about it. Gail Benson, the Saints owner, made some in-season, middle of the week comments on Tuesday, the October 23rd, or October 13th, after the team's 1-4 start. She directly addressed the record and fan frustration, saying, it's not acceptable to me and falls short of what our fans truly deserve. She hears the noise and frustration very loudly. I will not make excuses and I will not accept this level of performance as our standard. I am committed to making the decisions necessary to improve this team. Everyone in this organization understands the urgency. We must prepare better, execute consistently, and correct the mistakes that are costing us the games. Words will not restore our fans' confidence. Our performance must do better. And then the response that kind of came from Alan Moore after that was kind of like, it doesn't matter, we were going to prepare the same way for the Giants equally. You can say that, but we all know you're lying. Yeah. So I discussed this with Evan and Tiki this week on the show, too, because I, for one, when I saw the Gail Benson comments, I just looked at it from this standpoint. I don't necessarily fear the Saints, but I will say, I certainly wish she didn't make those comments ahead of this game, if that makes any sense. I don't know what kind of tangible difference it makes, but I will, Justin, like, you just mentioned what Kellen Moore said, and Kellen Moore feels like he's getting crap, like, I don't know what he's supposed to say there. He's just trying to calm the waters. He's trying not to overreact. So I get why he said what he said, but the reality is, when your owner puts you on blast like that, forget about whether she's insane or not for her expectations on the Saints and what they are with Kellen Moore and Tyler Shough this year. The truth is, Kellen Moore knows this was a really big opportunity for him, and he knows that coming into this year, the Saints were expected to compete in the NFC South, and this is now taking a nosedive. When you get put on blast, I think you are probably more, I don't know, willing to try different stuff. Like, remember, this is a legacy team in the Saints, where Shaun Payton would get nuts throwing an onside's kick in a Super Bowl. I'm worried about kind of a bag of tricks here from the Saints that maybe we haven't seen all year. Now, what does that mean? I don't know. Are they more aggressive on a fourth down that they wouldn't otherwise be? That also means that a team is desperate, too. And I really do think that this team... But sometimes I don't like playing desperate teams, Justin. Yeah, I get it. I get it. I think if the Giants play their game offensively and defensively, Shaun, that they should win this game and possibly win it handily. Possibly. Possibly. If we have, you know, at least Andrew Thomas and Abdul Carter, I agree with you, possibly. But either, put it this way, would you rather be playing the Saints with or without Gayle Benson making those comments? I'll just leave it at that. If you had to make your choice, you're playing the Saints no matter what. Gayle Benson makes those comments or doesn't make those comments? I don't think stuff like this overly matters. That's not what I'm looking for. I'm looking for a yes or a no here. Or which would you rather? I'm being very sports radio with you right now. That's my point. At least in the back of your brain, there's something in your brain going, oh, God, I would rather I'm a little less urgent. But to Kellen Moore's point, you're urgent anyway. And you should be urgent as a football team. Yeah. You know, mention Tyler Shough and facing pressure and all the turnovers that he's had. Again, five interceptions and five fumbles. Giants have totally flipped running man coverage. We've talked about in the preview pod, talked about it over the last couple of weeks. Giants have totally flipped into becoming this heavy blitz and heavy man coverage team. It's like we're back in 2022 all over again. Tyler Shough recorded a 49.2% passing success rate against man coverage this season. That's eighth highest in the NFL and has averaged 6.2 yards per attempt against man coverage. What? 6.2 against man coverage. Yeah. He's thrown downfield 10 plus air yards on 30.8% of his throws against man coverage, recording 11.5% explosive rate against man. That's the 10th lowest. So he has some success against man coverage this year. So I wonder if the Giants will maybe sprinkle in some zone, or are they just going to continue what their overall identity is? I think you continue what your identity is. You don't allow Tyler Shough and the Saints to change what's working for you, Justin, in my mind. Unless you have to make an in-game adjustment to the Norah Wilson will, you stick to what's working for you. And by the way, you have a great, I think you should bring up the stat with Banks and Newsome, and just talking about where they rank right now. Yeah, dude, I can't believe this. When NextGen put this out, total, total dichotomy and identity change. I think this has flipped Deonte Banks' career around. He's made a play on the ball, 32% of targets this year. It's the fifth highest, highest among outside cornerbacks. It's amazing. It's the one thing we said he couldn't do. And more than double. If anything, almost triple his rate through his first three seasons, which was 13%. 13%. Hashtag ExtendTayBanks. And what also hasn't changed for Deonte Banks is that he doesn't allow, he doesn't allow space and separation. He has forced a tight window throw on 40.9% of his targets at the ninth highest. And he's allowed 3.1 yards of separation per coverage snap. That's the lowest mark among outside cornerbacks with at least 100 snaps. He's always been doing that. Yeah. Always. But making a play on the ball almost 32% of the time, almost triple the rate at which he did it in his career before that. It is just unbelievable. And you mentioned Greg Newsome in that too. Both Banks and Newsome both rank at the top ten among outside cornerbacks and passes defensed and have allowed one and 1.1 yards per coverage snap, respectively, this year. And then also Drew Phillips is in there, the third fewest among slot cornerbacks yards per coverage snap. Like, for how much we're talking about the Giants' identity and them blitzing and getting more pressure and that pressure getting home and it's causing impact plays, the reason why they're allowed to do that, the reason why DeNord Wilson was allowed to make that defensive change is because of what these cornerbacks are doing on the back end, making plays on the football and not allowing space for these receivers. The great John Sterling once said, that's baseball, Susan. You figure this one out with football. We did a million episodes this off season talking about how the cornerback room might be the biggest weakness on the Giants and the pass rush and the offensive line might be the biggest strengths on the Giants. And here we are approaching a third of the way into the season, quarter pole, whatever the way you want to look at it. And cornerback is an absolute strength. And you're sitting here week to week worried about whether the offensive line needs more work and do we have enough pressure from the edge rushers themselves? Let's figure that one out, Justin. It makes no sense, but I'm happy to have it. I'm very relieved because it felt like going into the year, this cornerback room could absolutely crater a Giants season and it feels like everything else could potentially crater it if and when that time comes. I'm prepared for Olave to get his, by the way. Like I'm prepared for, Olave is really good. Like you guys on the station have like a Garrett Wilson versus Malik neighbors debate. Like I always in my brain, I put like Olave in there too, with the former Ohio State and things like that. I think Olave is better than like a Garrett. I think Olave is really underrated as a rat runner in this league. I think we're at the point where Chris Olave, we're saying how many times he's underrated, that maybe he may be properly rated at this point. But he's really damn good, man, since he got that guardian cap on and he doesn't get concussions every week. So I'm prepared for him to eat a little bit. And if you're going to, if Javon Holland over the top is going to give a little bit of help to him, or it seems like Jason Pinnock is going to be cleared from concussion protocol. So there's been the thought process that probably Jason Pinnock is going to be starting at safety instead of Tyler Newbon or Ardarius Washington. So giving some sort of help to Chris Olave, I don't mind, I don't view it as like a reflection of how we feel about the cornerback room. But I would just put the trust on the rest of the guys, like, hey, you better handle your shit. You better handle your business. Because wherever Olave is, I would like to shade a safety. I would like to shade some sort of help that way. The rest of these corners got to handle their business. Handle your business. You know who I'm also relieved not to see that we saw last year that kind of hurt us? Rashid Shahid. I'm so happy they traded him. Oh, my God. Yeah. Yeah, we'll see him in Seattle. I know. We'll see him in a few. Right. Exactly. Pin that one. One thousand percent. So, Shaun, before we get to the Moya, Shaun Morash, more out of your ass player, I do want to talk about SeatGeek. Thank you, SeatGeek. Shaun Morash, more out of your ass player of the week is... Moo-yah! It's Kayvon Thibodeau, who seems to be claiming this award a lot. By the way, I keep coming back to Well. It was Abdul Carter, I think, for two straight weeks, and then he's really come alive the last couple weeks. But how could it not be Kayvon this week? And I say that to say, we actually saw more out of your ass last week from Kayvon. Even if it didn't appear as such when you were watching the game in real time. In fact, the whole ending of the game disaster is sort of caused by Kayvon Tibbido a little bit. You know, when he kind of takes away funnels, Jaden Daniels back to the inside. But we're still looking for actual impact plays. And look, at the time of recording, I feel like I always have to say this at the show, we don't really know what the hell is going on with Abdul Carter. Just full disclosure, we can't wait till Sunday morning to put out this episode, guys. It's a calf, okay? What's the veal? Yes, a calf. Kayvon Thibodeau, I'm so stupid. That was good. Kayvon Thibodeau could be the number one edge rusher on this team this week, but even if he's not and he's the number two, like we talked about all the pressure that needs to come on Tyler Shough in this game. We understand that, you know, Keandre Miller, whatever, like this is going to be a difficulty for the Saints, you would think, to like open up in the run lane. So I'm a little less worried about setting the edge with Kayvon, although he does that fine. Dude, you just got to make an impact player too. Like I need to see the classic Kayvon that we saw in 2022, where he's sacking Lamar Jackson, yeah, breaking, you know, Aaron Rodgers' finger. I know that exists in there somewhere. And if not now versus Tyler Shough in this Saints team, I ask when. Moo-yah, Kayvon Thibodeau. Moo-yah. Moo-yah, boo-yah. And let's not forget, Kayvon, this was the team that we thought on draft night on day two trading for you. Remember that? Oh, little extra motivation. Little extra motivation, right? Show them what they're missing. Yeah, maybe. Yeah, maybe. I don't know if Kayvon Thibodeau is full on mentality. I thought he was full on rah-rah and har-bah and based on what he was saying in the offseason, maybe that was a public facing. And then privately, he was like, F these guys. Well, you know what? You know what other team you should be saying? F 2, F the Saints, because you gave a better package to the Giants than you would be a New Orleans Saint. And also, he probably would be like, I don't know, would he be like the third edge rusher there, too? Maybe. Carl Granderson, pretty good. All right, John, it is time for the touchdown draft. Now, last week, I took Jameis Winston. No, but I took Isaiah Lakeley. Yes. And I took J'Korey Kroski-Merritt. Yes. You went 0-4-3. Najee Harris, Cam Skattebo, Commander's Defense. What? The score on the year now is 1,345. Me, 402. You. I tried to piggyback running backs for the Giants to get a rushing touch, and I couldn't do that. Our top five. Remember, we are only allowed each to take one person inside the top five, the heavily favored. On Fanatics, Cam Skattebo is the favorite at minus 110 to score. Chris Olave is plus 130. Ke'Andre Miller plus 155. And then our two big receiving targets, Malik Neighbors plus 165, who we did include in our Parallel, game. And Isaiah, likely a plus 175. Everybody else on these teams are outside the top five. Now, he had a slow, slow week last week. Giants defenses allowed 14.2 fantasy points per game to opposing tight ends. But this isn't a fantasy draft. This is a touchdown draft. Hell yeah. He had a slow week last week. I will go with Jawan Johnson at plus 250 for my first pick. Okay. That's a fair pick. Plus 250 Jawan Johnson. I'm not screwing around this week. I don't care if it comes back to buy me. I'm going outside my strategy, which hasn't worked. I'm going right into the top five, dude. I picked him in the draft. I'm going Malik neighbors plus 165. He's hot. He's getting in again. Okay. Okay. Do we have an injury report for the Saints? That is the one thing I kind of want to see. Yeah, I had that earlier. What do you want to see? What's Camara up to? Camara, I think, was limited today. Okay. Here we go. Remember, the Saints are without guard tackle. I'm sorry, Kelvin Banks, which helps. Camara. I feel like Camara. Why am I picking all these Saints? Camara was limited practice. He's probably going to play them. He's probably going to play. But remember, his carries were limited last week, dude. It was a Miller show for them. Yeah. Miller's in the top five. Yeah. Let's go with the whole. The problem is, is that three Giants that score touchdowns are in the top five. That's the issue. I know. You got to get creative. Man, could go nausea. You know, we've been talking about him getting more involved. I'll take Malachi Fields, a plus 390. That was the next guy I was going to take, so I'll give you credit. Yeah. Malachi Fields plus 390. Hey, still waiting for a true blue contested catch opportunity for Malachi Fields. I'm at the point where Malachi Fields has done enough to show that he can kind of get open, and he's fast and athletic, and he could do some stuff after the catch. Now, I kind of want to see the whole thing that I was a little worried about, that he was only going to be. Now, I kind of want to see it. I got you. I don't think it's a terrible bet at all. All right, with that, if you're doing that, dude, I'm going to a guy that deserves a lot of credit the last couple of weeks coming on. I'm going Theo Johnson, a plus 575. Okay. No Vele, no Tyler Shough. Well, I took my guy inside the top five. You've already taken two. I know you're going back into the top five. So I have my pick of the litter here. Okay. And then I will go top five. I will go top five. You took Malik Neighbors and Theo and Theo. Cam Skattebo doesn't have a rushing touchdown since week one. Isn't that crazy? And his first, I think he was eight for his first nine. But do you believe in do? I believe in do last week at Bitmeanyass. But also he's minus 110. There's other guys here that are plus. But you know what? I'm going, Cam. I believe in do. I believe in that. Hey, last week, you fumbled. You're going to get your redemption. Last year, you fumbled. You're going to get your redemption. Give me Cam Skattebo minus 110, even though it may just be a slam dunk. All right. With that, look, I think I'd be a moron. I got to go with the six favorite here. I'm going to dip into Alvin Kamara. I understand he's limited in practice, but it's plus 230. You know, he's killed the Giants in the past. I'll go Alvin Kamara. So that'll give me Malik Neighbors, Alvin Kamara, Theo Johnson Trio. If on a clear day, if I don't get one of those three, what am I even doing this touchdown draft for anymore? And Kamara could be like, he's so good in the receiving game too. Exactly. Exactly. That's what I was really considering that. Killed us in the 2018 game I was at at MetLife. I have Kam. Kam Skattebo at minus 110. I have Malik. I feel it's a plus 390. And then I also have Joanne Johnson at plus 250. Isaiah likely goes undrafted because he was in the top five. Yeah. Crazy. But the odds, I'll tell you what, the odds would have been plus 175. Dude, the essay I think too with the odds on some of the stuff, I would love to take a flyer on the Giants defense. Like at some point the Giants get a score defensively here, but plus 475, the juice ain't worth the squeeze, man. They must not believe in Tyler Shough. Yeah. I don't either. All right, Shaun, Giants vs. Saints prediction, 1 p.m. on Fox, Drew Brees on the call. Listen, I know Brees might be a homer in this game. Anything's better than listening to Jonathan Vilma for three hours, so I'll take whatever it is. At least Brees will know the guy's names, you'd think. What's your score prediction? I'm so reluctant to say this because it feels crazy. I think the Giants are going to have their biggest stamp of approval win of the year, even with some of the injury questions, man. I think Jameis is going to dazzle, you know, if I insert punchline here. I think Neighbors is going to cook in this game, like I said. And I think that Kelly Moore is going to go for a couple fourth downs that bite him and give the Giants short fields the other way. I think the Giants win this game 31-17. I think we get our most comfortable win. And I think it'll probably end up being the most comfortable win when we look back on the entire season. I'm taking Giants at home. We seem to be loving playing MetLife 31-17, Justin. First time you go 3-0 since when? Yeah. Right. Right. Man. No, they would be 4-0 at home. Excuse me. Well, for Arizona, Tennessee, Dallas. Man, Dallas feels like another season ago because the team is different. Yes. They would be 4-0 at home. We got to dig up that stat. First time since when they'd be 4-0 at home. Oh my God. That would be half the games in the old era. And they have tracked the fact that they're home dogs. Like that's important. This has been beat into them. It's almost like a motivating tactic. Hey, they've played at home this year. No, rephrase that. They played some bad defenses this year. They put up 28 against Dallas, Tennessee in a monsoon 12. 36 points against the Arizona Cardinals, and then 27 points against the Washington Commanders. I'm expecting the Giants to come out and put up a big point total this week. I am expecting another near or at 30 point game. So let's call it 30 on the dot. All right. Giants 30, Saints 20. We will see you on Sunday for a Giants Victory Podcast right after the game ends. Make sure that you're there. Make sure you subscribe to Talkin Giants. “I'm expecting the Giants to come out and put up a big point total this week. I am expecting another near or at 30 point game.”
- New Orleans Saints team · negative
“48.3% first down rate opponents have against the Saints defense.”
- Jameis Winston player · negative
“Some of the bad that we've seen from Jameis Winston has involved him holding on to the ball a little too long, kind of finding his way to step into sacks.”
- New York Giants team · negative
“And the vulnerabilities of the Giants to tackle, right? Like, it looks like Jermaine Illuminore is not going to go.”
- New Orleans Saints team · negative
“Yeah, I mean, the numbers are bad, up and down for the Saints' run defense.”
- New Orleans Saints team · negative
“The Saints defense, I mentioned all the bad stats that they have against the run.”
- Chris Olave player · negative
“The long and last week's game was a Chris Olave 16 yard catch. I think this is a game where if the Giants disguise enough, bring the heat, bring the pressure, you're going to have Tyler Shough not having the ability to make any big plays down the field to Chris Olave.”
