BAMA IS BACK IN THE TOP 10! Now It’s Time to Handle Florida State! / Alabama Crimson Tide LIVE 107
This transcript does not include audio timing.
Good evening, Crimson Tide Nation, and welcome to the 107th edition of the Alabama Crimson Tide Live College Show. From yours truly, Jatson Johnson and Jeffrey Daly. He taught sports, where he taught sports every single day, or at least he tries to, celebrating his two-year anniversary at The Voice College Football Network, bringing that magic all over the place, all right here. I'm going to tell you right now, we're going to take you on a wild ride as we go over our celebration of Alabama being back in the top 10 for the AP poll and the coaches poll, and in the Mark Rogers top 25, that actually makes sense. Much more, especially the Alabama Florida State Preview, where our guy from Florida State, The Voice of College Football, Gus Wilson, is joining us in just a little bit after we discuss this first topic of Crimson Tide Live. Jeffrey, how are you doing today? Good, bye. Doing great, Jackson. Definitely excited to talk about a rematch with Florida State, a game that did not go our way last year. But now you get a chance to make things right, and what hopefully would be a fun game. The game against Kentucky was a ton of fun too, very competitive, and then we were fortunately able to pull away in the second half. But like you said, Alabama back in the top 10, there's a lot of excitement there. And like you said, two-year anniversary at Alabama Voice of College Football, it's awesome as well. Definitely appreciate Mark, appreciate TJ. And it's been a very fun two years doing Alabama Voice of College Football, man. It's been great and definitely can't wait to talk a lot more about the Crimson Tide this season. There you go, man. TJ, the older brother of The Voice of College Football Network, who coincidentally is live with Michelle on Michigan Monday. So if you like flipping between some of your favorite team, you can flip between Michigan at The Voice of College Football and Alabama at The Voice of College Football right there. Let's go over it, shall we? We're back. We're back in the top 10. I got to tell you though, you know, you made a post the other day, Jeffrey, about Michigan where it's like Oklahoma disappointed everybody. And I made a reply. It's set for Oklahoma State, Texas and Nebraska fans. I should mention BAMA as well because we're happy. I'm happy. It's like Alabama is back in the top 10. Look at this beautiful image right there. We're back. We're back in the top 10 after that second half come back against Kentucky. Alabama is back at number 10 in the AP poll and in the coaches poll. How are you feeling about that, my guy? I'm feeling fantastic. And that is a great point you make about, you know, Alabama being excited that Oklahoma lost so they could move back in the top 10. Yeah, that comment was mostly made, you know, as like, it was kind of, it was more I was like joking because obviously not every college football fan was going to be let down. But, you know, it was just like everyone was rooting for Oklahoma because of what happened. So it was just it was just hilarious. But you are right, those certain teams were still definitely glad Michigan won. But that was hilarious. But like you said, did open up the door for Bama. You know, I think that, you know, Oregon losing obviously was huge as well because if not, Michigan would have been 11th. But so it wasn't just Oklahoma that had to lose. But I mean, you see that log jam in the SEC right there, you know, right above Bama. You know, you've got A&M, you've got LSU, you've got Ole Miss. And it's like Alabama is going to have opportunities against a lot of these teams. You know, George is ahead of them to, you know, to face these teams and be able to, you know, try to move up in the pecking order. So it's like you get, you know, a nice win against Kentucky. You get some favorable results and now you're feeling really good about yourself. You're right back in the thick of things in the rankings because at 10, if the season ended today and they were ranked 10 in the CFP rankings, they would be in the college football playoffs. So it's like, it's just, it's really good for BAMA. I mean, obviously, we're so used to seeing them in the top 10. We're always, you know, it's just basically spoiled with that, right? I mean, it's basically the way it's been in the last 15 years. But seeing them outside of the top 10, that hurt. But knowing that they quickly were able to get right back in, it is encouraging. Hopefully, the trajectory continues in a positive direction. They keep moving up the ranking as the season goes along. Yeah, and that's the thing, though, was, like you said, you mentioned that LOD Jam in the SEC. There's six teams each in the top 10 for the coaches poll and in the AP poll. That's pretty wild when you think about it. Absolutely. I mean, the SEC right now, you know, we've talked about that Big Ten SEC debate. Right now, the SEC looks very, very strong. The performance has been very impressive, but it's still very early in the season. These teams are going to have to play each other, so they're not all going to remain in the top 10. It's not possible because the team's beating each other, but Texas beating Ohio State, that's huge. You know, that builds the strength of the SEC. LSU blowing out Clemson, like these early encouraging signs, Ole Miss' well-being, Louisville, those are really good wins for the conference. It strengthens the legitimacy of the conference this season. And it's definitely going to improve the amount of, it's going to up the amount of teams in the playoffs. We don't know how many teams the SEC will ultimately get, but right now, they're in line to get a lot of teams in the playoff. And like I said, Alabama is going to face some of these teams, so it gives them a great opportunity to move up in the rankings if they're able to beat them. The league looks strong right now. Again, it's very early in the season, so things can fall apart a bit, but right now, the SEC has basically won almost every major game, pretty much. I mean, Oklahoma losing was like the outlier, but all these other games, they've won all these big games, and that's reflective in the rankings. There we go. And I got one question though. Want to see where Mark Rogers ranked Alabama for a little bit? Yes, absolutely. Definitely. However, the order is that you usually say your iconic phrase. I would love to see it. Oh, man. The yes, definitely. Absolutely. Oh, you know. I did it backwards. Oh, good. Man, no worries. North Carolina at 22. You love to see it. They're getting some love. It's not going to last long, but no, but we've got Bama at number nine. State number nine. Mississippi State at 10. Alabama, Ole Miss, Michigan, UCLA as well at number six. The top five looks like this. Texas A&M, Virginia, LSU, Duke, and at number one, the Texas Longhorns. That's the top 25. That actually makes sense. Please leave your comments and questions down below, and we will see you Monday night, 9 p.m. Eastern time. One of the things I've always loved about Mark Rogers' top 25, it actually makes sense, is how every video that he has to preface at the beginning, you know, hey, this is based off who you've played, right? So it all works itself out. Obviously, Duke is not the number two best team in college football. We all know this, right? We all know that that's not the case, but he's ranking it off of what they've done, right? Duke getting that win over Illinois is, theoretically, is one of the better wins in college football right now. So all of this is going to shake out once Duke loses a game or two, not going to be in Mark Rogers' poll anymore, but because they have done well to start the year. Same with Carolina. They got the win over TCU. They're 2-0. That's why they're ranked 22nd. They're not a top 25 team by any stretch of the imagination, but they have the performance at least for now to back it up. Once there's more data, once more of these really, really good teams like Indiana. Indiana is not in his list because Indiana hasn't played anybody, but once Indiana starts to play teams, then you're going to see Indiana move up in the rankings. His rankings are based off what you've done, who you've beat, not how good you are or what you're expected to do. So his rankings are completely different. I've always loved the early season rankings because they're way more different than what the AP and the coaches ball is. Like I said, he always has to preface at the beginning, hey, this is a different ranking. This is based off what the teams have done and people still get mad. It's like, Duke's not the second best team in college football, but what they've done so far has been very impressive. So that's why he's based off what other teams have done. That's why he has them there. But it's good to see Alabama in the top 10 for sure. I was interested in Mississippi State being 10th. That was an interesting one to me. Because they went on the road and beat Minnesota. Like I said, it's so early in the year that he's basing all of the results off what teams have done. So that's basically why Mississippi State is there, because once other teams get big wins, Mississippi State will move down by default. Well, and to be honest though, I know I've harped on this a lot during the season and during the preseason. Everybody talks about that tough October to November stretch, Georgia, Tennessee, LSU and Texas A&M. But the first five games, we were going to get through weeks one and two. But it was like people shouted at top of their lungs about Kentucky being this team that could upset BAMA. I've shouted that South Carolina could be that team that puts a scare on BAMA because the last two years. But it was so funny. Our guy, Austin, was saying that he thought Mississippi State could upset BAMA. He said, I want to call in shows, matter of fact. I was like, no way. But I'm going to tell you right now, this kid, Cabario Taylor, is bringing out a ballroom blitz. And Mississippi State looks like track game territory for the Crimson Tide. I mean, they've not beaten the Alabama Crimson Tide since 2007. That was in Startville and that was on the Raycom Sports Network on November 10th of 2007. And the last time they beat Bama and Tuscaloosa was in 2006. I mean, no worries. I don't think you're going to have to worry about that. But still, though, no worries. You know, the Mississippi State game, I'm keeping my eye on that because they look like a team that... I'm not saying they are mad. I believe we'll have like another dat Prescott type run. But it's pretty damn close to it, honestly. I will say that Camario Taylor, I'm not the biggest comp guy in the world where I like comparing players, but Camario Taylor is giving heavy vibes of like KJ Jefferson. Yeah. Yeah, you know, like when he was good at Arkansas, like that stretch where they were winning a lot of games. Because, I mean, he's 6'4, 230 pounds, Camario Taylor is, and he can run the football, and he's got an arm. It's like if he's able to hold up, if they can protect him and he can stay healthy, that was a big problem for KJ Jefferson. He started getting hurt, started getting hit a lot when Arkansas's talent went away. If Mississippi State can protect him, they're going to be a problem. I mean, he's good. But, you know, definitely, you know, Mississippi State, you know, South Carolina, I'm still not, even this game here we're about to preview tonight. I'm not overlooking any of these games, me personally. I don't know about the team. I hope that BAMA not as a team, you know, they're not going to overlook, but I'm not because I've seen it too many times in the Katelyn DeBoer era that we've dropped games we shouldn't. So I'm still, you know, I'm not holding my breath. I'm just hoping that Alabama this season will not lose to any team that they shouldn't this year. I was worried in the first half against Kentucky, but they did really well in the second half, and hopefully that will carry over into these future games. 100%. You don't want to get worried about all that, for sure. You don't want to underestimate your opponents. You don't want to play down to your opponents, because it will bite you in the rear eventually. It will bite you in the rear now, but it will do that eventually. Well, before we get to our next topic and we bring in our guests, we just want to tell you that this episode is presented by Fandle, where you can get top-notch predictions in the world of college football, NFL, NBA, coming soon in several weeks, NHL coming in a couple of weeks, Major League Baseball winding down as it's getting close to the postseason, all right there. We've got it all right here. And Jeffrey, let me ask you, which of these sports would you like to choose for this Fandle segment? Well, look at baseball, we can. Major League Baseball since it's winding down. There we go. It's a beautiful day for a ball game. What a ball game today. We got the Braves. Nope, not betting on the Braves. I'm not doing that. In fact, the Yankees- That always jinx me. They jinx me every time I use them in a promo. But- I think Yankees will win. I'd probably lean them to beat the Twins by more than one and a half. Yeah, they'll beat the eyes out of the Minnesota Twins. They're going to turn the Twins into Jack Elam. But the Padres and the Rockies look like a pretty easy bet for me. Yeah, the Padres will beat the one and a half spread, and it's going to be over 11 and a half runs. So that's where we're at. And let's look at a few more of these games. Oh, that's not what I wanted. There it is. There's more of these games right here. Which and let's go. Were you able to pick your games, Jeffrey or no? The other two I went with were the Padres and the Yankees. Okay, Padres and Yankees. More than one and a half. All righty. I'll go ahead and go with mine. I'll go with, let's go with a little college football, shall we? I'm going to throw in some curve balls on this one. Let's go with, I'm not betting money line on that. Well, I mean, I'll bet money line on that, but I'm not betting the spread on that. What am I, a fool? No, Arkansas is pitiful and pathetic. Like, no, that's a no, just no. Uh, I think I'm gonna go put, I'm not betting home team, not happening. I'm gonna bet Mississippi State plus three and a half, because I think Kamaru Taro is gonna bring some of that road magic again. I like that pig. And I'm gonna go put in a super chat for me to pit the rivals. That's why I said. Oh my God, the 60th anniversary of the game of the century of the 10-10 tide, 1966, although that knocked Alabama out of the national title for a three-peat, but I won't hold too much of a grudge on that. How about that LSE Ole Miss game? Are you touching that one? No. Give me a couple more days. But I am going to get to Virginia Tech. I feel like Virginia Tech. Yeah, three and a half. Yeah, that's that would be for me for sure. Oh, yeah, I'll go with Virginia Tech minus three and a half. I see that game. I'm like, no, they got it. Yeah. And these next two games, this is what I'm going to do. I'm going to go with Colorado plus three and a half, which my rule has always been, Colorado tends to do well when nobody talks about them or has their eyes on them. And I'm going to go with West Virginia to beat the spread at nine and a half. Mountaineer Falls is going to love this, that's for sure. But in all seriousness, West Virginia, I feel like it has saved a lot of their strength for Virginia. They've kind of just, you know, they didn't want to show too much against UT Martin. And in the second half against Coastal Carolina, so that's where we're at at the moment. I mean, Virginia is looking pretty good. I mean, they could, I'm not saying they're automatically going back to the AC title or anything, but I mean, if they were to go back, they've got a pretty good quarterback in Bo Pribula right there. All righty, so he is our host at the Florida State Channel, The Voice of College Football Network. He is a host with Jack Myrick, who's been in the chat, what's up my dude on Auburn at The Voice of College Football and Donovan Weaver. He is a co-host with Tucker Harlan, Tyler Nattuno, Tuesday night, 7 p.m. Eastern, 6 p.m. Central on VOCB 365. And he is a writer for the VOCB Network and the sport and state website founded by Clay Travis. Give it up for Gus Wilson. Thank you guys for having me. I'm excited to hop on here and talk some Florida State football. Well, not excited to talk about Florida State football. I'm privileged to talk about Florida State football. We'll go with that. Well, I won't be too mean to Florida State. They've suffered enough already. Yeah, absolutely. I mean, we were, I was very optimistic on Kentucky last week. I thought, you know, they were really going to be competitive in that game because I've learned my lesson, you know, with the Florida State game last year. I was like, Alabama is going to win by like 20, and then they ended up losing by 14. So then this year, I'm like, you know what, I got to be in close. Kentucky is going to be within one score, but I did pick BAMA, but I was very impressed with Alabama last week. And I mean, still not sold, they're going to be, you know, elite in all these games against, you know, lesser and foes. But, you know, I do have more confidence in them than I did before yesterday, you know, or Saturday's game. But I feel like, you know, Florida State, though, so many question marks with them because, you know, last year you beat Alabama, things were looking great, then they trailed off, and then this year, it's like, man, I mean, SMU tried to give them the game. Literally, like, they tried their best. They really did. Couldn't get it. But it was a fun game, though. Yeah, no, for sure. That was as an alumni now from Florida State. That is probably one of the most embarrassing things to watch, starting with the power outage and then forcing four turnovers and not being able to score off of them. But, yeah, I was actually in attendance of that Florida State Alabama game last year, so I was able to rush the field. That was quite the experience, but if I'm going to be honest, there's a much different vibe about this year's Florida State team going against BAMA than there was heading into week one last year, catching Alabama, coming right out the off season, and now they've got some time. Yeah, I'm not sure how confident I am in this team, but I'm sure we'll get into that a little bit later. Well, and I wanted to go ahead and ask you, for those that have not been watching Florida State, I don't know how, but in case they haven't, what are the strengths that Alabama needs to look out for on Saturday at 2:30 p.m. Central? I'm going to lean towards the wrong game. Ousmane Kroma has kind of taken over this backfield, and they brought in Quintrevill and Weisner, who didn't play last week, again, topic for another time after he was paid around $630,000 in the transfer portal, didn't take any snaps against SMU, but then played decent in New Mexico State, again, also limited snaps, same Singleton had a pair of touchdowns in that opening game as well. But Ousmane Kroma has completely taken over this backfield and looked like one of the best running backs in college football up to this point. I mean, the game against SMU, he looked great. New Mexico State obviously was against lesser opponents, but he still performed amazing. I kind of thought that there was a chance that it maybe was because it was against New Mexico State, but then he did it again against obviously a much stronger SMU defense. Other X factors, I mean, you always got to look out for Deuce Robinson and Mackay Danzi on the outside. Deuce Robinson, though, threw two games, only has five catches. Me and Cole on the Florida State Seminoles live show made a point to say that they have to work getting Deuce Robinson to ball more, just even if it's an open space. Obviously, he's more of a big play guy, jump ball, but you still just have to create plays to get him the football, and that just hasn't happened so far. So I would lean them obviously on the offensive side of the ball defensively. Mandro-Dazir, if he could come back and if he stops doing little crossovers before the snap of each play. But I would say that the run game, and then obviously you can't forget about Deuce Robinson on the outside. For sure, man. We'll definitely be keeping an eye on Deuce Robinson because he's been bringing a lot of his A-games so far for this year. And it does feel like you got to keep an eye on him because if you don't, it's going badly. It was very frustrating for me, though, watching teams like Florida State that have a guy like a Deuce Robinson that's so good. Clearly a weight class above most players at the position in the entire sport. And then you've got, frankly, below average quarterback. I mean, I hate to say it, but it's just, I'm watching that game against SMU, and I'm just like, if he could just get him the ball. You know, like everything is short, everything like two yard passes. It's just, you know, and Ashton Daniels is a well-traveled quarterback. I mean, he's been all over the place. I mean, I know he was at Auburn, he was at Stanford, I think. I mean, it's not terrible places, right? I mean, I know Stanford's not what they used to be, but, you know, it's like he's got a lot of experience, but he just hasn't really gotten a lot better. You know, I was really shocked, honestly, that Florida State got him. I mean, after the DJU situation and all that, I mean, I was like, Florida State's probably going to really go after someone big. And then, you know, they get Ashley Daniels, and I'm just like, yeah. I mean, again, it's no knock on Ashley Daniels, but he's just not, he hasn't really proven to be a great college quarterback ever. And it's just like Florida State has good players at certain spots, but it just, their offense is just, it's just kind of whatever, man. I mean, it's just, to me, it's like, they haven't improved from last year at all. You know, and that's the biggest thing. Like, you know, a program like Florida State with the history, and you gotta have some resources. I just really thought they were gonna get like a better quarterback and just some better players at certain positions. But it's like Deuce Robinson, it just feels like he's just being wasted to me. That's just how I feel. No, and I think fans can also completely agree with that as well. I mean, in the transfer portal, they did bring in Colin Joseph and DJ Lagway for visits. And it seemed like that's who they're going after. But even then, those weren't even the top guys at the position in the portal. And then obviously, they ended up settling on Ash and Daniels. And that really has just been a mix of one Norvell not trusting him and to play calling shows because they're throwing the ball short. And then even when they finally open up the playbook a little bit and try going deep, he's not even getting it to Deuce Robinson. So it's a mix between both really. I watched a lot of Ash and Daniels last year also, obviously, at Auburn. And I think the flashers were there. And there's the opportunity for him to be a good quarterback. Obviously, the game against Alabama, he performed very well. The Vanderbilt game was great. But then you had the Kentucky game where they lost 10 to 3 at home. And he looks like one of the worst quarterbacks in the sport that I've watched. And right now, Florida State, you're kind of getting a mix between the Kentucky game and those great games. But I mean, there hasn't really been that amazing game yet. And I'm not sure how much longer the leash really is for him. But the offense has definitely been disappointing on all fronts, except I would say for Ousmane Croma. And I think Ous Robinson and Maki Danzi, it's more of just a product of the poor quarterback play and honestly the really, really poor play calling for Mike Norvell. For sure. And what I'll do is kind of go ahead and pull up this clip that we saw from Davis Cornell who's at the Kane-Walmatt Press Conference today. And this is what he said about preparing for Ashton Daniels. We saw live that he did against us and obviously in the Iron Bowl, I thought he did a really nice job of utilizing his feet, scrambling, extending plays and hit us on a couple there in the second half by extending some of those plays and keeping the game in a tighter position than we would have wanted it to be. So, I think when you watch him, he is a big, strong, physical runner. He is just a physically strong guy, difficult to bring down, and he's played a lot of football and experienced this finite. And that's something that when you look at, you know, he's been in different systems, but ultimately just feeling comfortable playing in big environments. That's something that, you know, he is, he's got some improvement that he can do and has done in multiple places. I think they're still, from a schematic standpoint, right, he's learning, you know, their offense and has done a nice job. I thought there's some improvements that I've even saw from game one to game two that he's making. And then when you have a bye week to get ready and prepared, I would imagine we're going to see new wrinkles. There's going to be things that they are stressing and working on. And so we will get their absolute best on Saturday. What do you think of that message, Gents? I mean, I'm going to be honest, it sounds like a little bit of just strictly coach speak. I mean, he obviously, Ashton Daniels on the ground has been impressive. But and I'm not really worried about the big environment either, obviously has played in these big games, being in the SEC last year, playing in the Iron Bowl, I know it was the home game. It's just the actual ability. And I think also that's another part of the game that people are kind of forgetting that this Alabama team saw Ashton Daniels like last season. Like they kind of know what they're going to get. And they have even more tape on them than most people should. It's just, I mean, these stats either are just not very nice to look at. But, I mean, I think... There's not a lot of improvement either. You know, like a lot of times, you'll have a quarterback like his first year, like Fernando Mendoza threw 11 picks his first year at Cal. And then his second year, he cut that back to six, even with a really bad offensive line. But then he goes to Indiana and then just has the monster year. And obviously not everybody's career trajectory is like that. But you want to see like a little bit of improvement. Hey, that 11 touchdown, eight pick season, not that great, right? But then the next year, oh, maybe he's got 20 touchdowns. And nine picks or seven picks or whatever, something like that. But I mean, 10 touchdowns, 12 picks, completion percentage mostly under 60% every year. And really, the only thing that saved him is this. He can run, especially that one year, 669 yards, three touchdowns. But I mean, most of this is just a lot of average. And his defense, because I will say there's always a defense, he has not been on the best teams. It's not like he's ever really been able to showcase his ability. But a lot of times when you're a really good quarterback, you do showcase enough at a bad school, like hey, if he just can get untapped. But I've never seen it with him. I do agree that when he played Alabama at Auburn that year, he was really impressive on the ground. But Alabama's defense was bad. I mean, I'm not trying to excuse it or whatever, but our defense really wasn't good. We sucked so bad, stopping quarterback run for a while there. I think we're getting better at that because we let Jackson Arnold do the same thing in 2024 when we lost 23-3. Jackson Arnold, again, another quarterback, he's not very good, unfortunately. He ran all over Alabama and Jackson Arnold like Cam Newton out there. It was ridiculous. He ran for like 120 yards, we lost. It was ridiculous. And then people were like, oh, Jackson Arnold's a great quarterback. And I'm like, did you see what I saw? I saw Alabama just play terrible. Like we can admit that, all right? Like unfortunately, we're not perfect. You know, we're not Nick Saban, and we're winning 100-0 nothing against everybody, and against good teams, winning by two score, winning natties. It's not, that's not what we are right now. We are vulnerable at times, and we've gotten worse at things. And QB run has been a major problem. I mean, we've let tons of quarterbacks that arguably are not that good. We even let, was it Lagway? I know there was a quarterback a couple of years, Florida, that we let a lot of yards on the ground. I don't know if it was Lagway, it was the year before that. I can't even remember the quarterback. That guy ran for like 150 yards. Was it Lagway? One Lagway, but you know who I'm talking about. That there was a Florida quarterback that ran for like 150 yards on us, like two or three years ago. It was before Anthony Bricerci. Yeah, so I mean, we've had issues with that recently in the last three or four years. So if we can stop Ash and Daniels basically to wrap it all up, if we can stop him from running on us, we don't really have much to worry about. We really just gotta stop that, because that's what killed us when he played with Auburn, because his passing numbers are just not great. I think it's also the run game as a whole is kind of just if Alabama is able to stop that. Emory Jones, that was the name. Oh, man, he was not a good quarterback. He ran for 150 on us or something. It was a ridiculous number. Yeah, I mean, it was just a complete mess right there. Like he was just smacking Bama off. Totally forgot about it. I couldn't remember his name, man. Well, that's because he's became a nobody in the years afterwards. So he's not had any good days anymore. So not in college, not in pro football anyway, or in college football. But he's doing all right now, it seems like. I know he was backing up the Ravens for a little bit, like third or fourth string, but then didn't make the final roster, if that's surprising to anyone who's watched a play. But he's probably like a gym teacher, like East County, like two powers. I mean, that's not a bad job, man. I mean, you know, good job teach people about exercise, health and all that kind of stuff, stay in shape. It's not a bad job at all. There you go. There we go. Now we want to get to the weaknesses of Florida State to look at, because I kind of touched on one. Sorry. I mean, I could, I could get right into it. There's kind of a lot. You know what? Something I won't say. Another one of our strengths that I had mentioned, the special teams has looked really good. And I know that's not the flashiest part for everyone, but I mean, Panachowski came in through the transfer portal, so really good. Was that Idaho State the year prior has looked really good in the kicking game. Daniel Hughes was the whole reason we got a muff punt. He had one of his signature tornado kicks there. After a really rough opening punt for the season, he's looked really, really good. Has a pretty strong TikTok following as well. So the special teams is one of the strengths, but moving on to the weaknesses. On the offensive side, we obviously talked about Ash and Daniels. The offensive line has been a very, very big struggle. At first, I noticed it against New Mexico State. They weren't able to hold the blocks. And immediately, I'm like, well, we play Alabama in two weeks, and their defensive line room is going to be a lot better than any of these guys currently right now. So I think that's gonna be a very big problem for Florida State. The play calling too, it's really vanilla, and you kind of expect what's gonna happen. I mean, there was multiple times in that SMU game. And albeit, the player to coach communication was messed up. So it wasn't the full game plan. Norvell said he still was gonna open up the entire playbook, and then ran half back dive on multiple, multiple occasions. One of them was on third and seven, it looked like he was setting up a fourth and short in the third or fourth quarter against SMU. And then it was a third and seven, they ran it up the middle, set up a fourth and three. So I didn't hate the play call. And then they sent out the field goal team. It's like, why are you setting up a fourth and short if you're not going to go for it? So I think mainly on the weaknesses on that side, it's going to be the offensive line and it's going to be the play calling. And then on the defensive side, even more weaknesses, I'm pointing to the play calling again. Tony White's defense just really, really hasn't worked out this 3-3-5 scheme. I don't know what it is because I think the talent's there for the guys on Florida State. I think the roster on paper on the defensive side is extremely, extremely talented and it just hasn't shown the offenses get or the defense has given up major big plays to both SMU and New Mexico State. The score should have been close in the New Mexico State game. They had a flea flicker wide open for a touchdown on blown coverage. Passage dropped in the end zone and then they also had another deep play from Jabril Rawls who is going into the year supposed to be our best corner potential top two rounds in the NFL draft this upcoming year and he hasn't looked up to par. Then Mandreau Dizier on the defensive line is a guy we brought back, him and his brother Darryl and then he hasn't had a sack or a pressure, I think to this day right now. He didn't even appear on the box score last week against SMU because he didn't have any of those. I'm definitely more concerned about the defense, especially with what I've seen from Keylon Russell and what Alabama's offense was able to do, especially against the Kentucky defense, that I think is at least probably better coached than Florida State's defense right now. But man, I hate to have the weaknesses be almost the entire team, but the defense and the play calling, I think the defensive problem is mostly the play calling. For that, I will say just the play calling defensively and then on offense, it's Norvell's play calling with however much longer we're going to be seeing that, and the offensive line. Oh man. I will say for me, I mean, I'm trying to figure out more on the play calling stuff, whether it is it just because that Mike Norvell does not believe in the players that he has, or is Mike Norvell just trying to coach not to lose his job? And I really feel that's something I think is a lie. When you are trying to coach not to lose your job, it's the same thing as coaching trying not to lose. Ohio State at the end of the game against Texas was coaching, so the play calling was, hey, let's not blow this thing. Dude, just win the game, all right? That's how you win. You got the lead by playing aggressive, continue to play aggressive, and it's like Mike Norvell has got nothing to lose. He has absolutely nothing to lose at this point, right? And several times in that game, like you mentioned, Gus, I mean, it was crazy circumstance with the power out of all that type of stuff. But still, I mean, I'm watching the game, and I'm just like, do something, like do anything, just try. Like you're so close, and it's like if it blows up, it blows up, but you lost anyway. So it's like, you know, I mean, I remember even starting to use random examples, but Tom Allen in Indiana, like there were that last couple years there, I mean, every game is like they had a chance against all these teams, and he would just run the ball at the middle and try not to lose. And it's like, dude, you're going to lose, and you lose. But oh, instead of losing by 10, you lose by three. You still lost, okay? Like you didn't try to win. And I get that when you don't feel like you have the personnel, like maybe Ash and Dan was like, we don't believe in them enough. We don't want them to throw a pick, six. And then, because again, if you lose ugly, like if Florida State lose to SMU by 20, then it's an even worse thing. Instead of by three, well, we still have a chance. It's just, you still lost. And at this point, again, he doesn't have anything to lose. And I just saw today, Florida State fired their athletic director. So it's like, oh, it's even worse for Mike Norvell. I don't know, man. Like you just, at this point, you got to just try, man, try anything, you know? I mean, I guess still, you know, you're trying to coach for your job. Like, oh, it's lose to BAMA by 10, not get blown out. But if you don't try to win, you're not going to win. And I feel like that's the problem. 100%. That Michael Alford decision, too. I think that was the, I was talking to Jackson about it before the show. That is the nail in the coffin for Norvell, because that was kind of the guy. And it's really not just a football team. I'm going to have an article actually about it probably either later tonight or tomorrow in Sport and State. It's really not the football team. The program in all levels of sports has fallen apart underneath Michael Alford. I mean, prestigious, and basketball has been literally nothing for the longest time. And luckily now it's being turned around with Luke Laux. At least that's what it seems like. There's at least more fans going to the games. I know there was last year, I covered a handful of those games and there was times two years prior that the stadium was close to empty. And then Luke Laux really brought that back. And then baseball and softball, I mean, softball, they lost their best player, Issa Torres. I'm not sure if you guys are super familiar with college softball, but she was arguably one of the best players in the country. And they didn't pay her enough to keep her from entering the transfer portal. I understand that that's a weird way to look at college sports now, but that's just what it is. And if you're not going to cough up the money to your best athlete, who arguably she was the best athlete on campus, I mean, you look at her, Deuce Robinson, it's really neck and neck just based on how dominant they are in both of their sports. And you don't pay her and she ends up leaving. And then now on top of that, you're already in debt on the athletic side. I mean, we saw it and obviously it didn't have anything to do with the power outage. But I mean, you think it might help a little bit. There's all the rumors about Florida State being in crazy debt. So I think that defiling Michael Alford was needed and it really is just a matter of time for Norvell. I think he might stay throughout the rest of the season and last hurrah against that Florida game. And obviously, Florida State takes on Central Arkansas as well. And that's actually his alma mater. So I wonder if he's staying at least through that game, which would be obviously following Alabama. But I think it's going to be a tough game this week. I'm not sure. Regardless of win or loss, I don't think there's really anything he could do to keep his job. I think they're basically giving him the first half of the season, honestly, and it's going to be a mid-season firing. That's what it feels like to me. I'm really shocked that this happened. They didn't bring John Herman for nothing. But I remember that season with Travis, and it's like they were so good, man. And if he didn't get hurt, absolutely a playoff team. They still should have got in the playoffs regardless. I mean, they would have gotten destroyed, but they still should have made the playoffs and won the games. But I mean, the fall off from that year is just insane. I mean, I'm still like every year, I mean, you're just waiting, like, is he going to fix it? Might not really going to fix it. It's like all the hires have been bad. All the players they've gotten have been bad. I mean, all those guys, they had Jared Burr and Kion Coleman and Travis. It was a really good team. I mean, like, what happened, man? Like, I don't even know why he couldn't bring in the players anymore. And then the high school recruiting has always been a struggle of his. And that was even mentioned when we first hired him. Like, it just wasn't a strength of his. And for some reason, that didn't really raise any alarms. And I mean, you've seen in the high school recruiting class, like, people are still committing to Florida State, and they're committing because of the brand. And you kind of have to bring it back to when people see that Seminoles logo, like the dominance they had under Bobby Bowden and Jimbo Fischer. And then obviously, I understand the extension at the time. They start, I believe, his first year was around five and seven, and then it was nine and three, and then it was that 13-0 year. And then you extend them after that season because the rumors were that Alabama was looking at them, and that was kind of the talk was, oh, maybe they're looking at them, and looking back on it now, I wish you guys decided to pick them up. But then you followed up with two and ten, and then the other two seasons obviously increase your win total. Obviously, you increase your win total from two and ten, but it's like, obviously, you're going to do that. And then you still have just looked so bad, and you go from 13-0 to two and ten, and then beating Alabama and then going four and seven the rest of the season. Just the roller coaster of emotions is too much, there's too much inconsistency, and I think it's kind of his time to go. Yeah, I mean, even if he had had like an eight and four year last year, you know, kind of like how Beamer, he survived at South Carolina because of the good year, bad year thing, right? I mean, if Norvell had that going on, he would probably be okay for longer, but it's been three bad seasons in a row. I mean, besides the Alabama game, it's been nothing. I mean, they've been terrible for three years. And I will say, though, it can't happen. It just cannot happen at a program like Florida State. I will say, I think there was a lot of people going into this year that were still high on Norvell. And even after the week one game, which I was someone who maybe I wasn't looking, I was looking at it as like glass half empty. I'm like, this was an awful performance against New Mexico State. They didn't look good. And I understand it wins a win, but in that case, it really didn't feel like it. Well, a horse dog. It was awful. And then I think the SMU game and the power outage and everything combined with that, I think that pushed the last of the Norvell Truthers kind of on the other side of, okay, this just isn't working anymore. And I understand it was a close loss, but in reality one, they should have either blown us out because they had four awful turnovers, or at least two of them were really bad from Kevin Jennings. And then on the other side, Florida State should have blown them out. Four, four turnovers in a home game with an almost packed out crowd. And the only reason you knew it was a packed out crowd is because they were booing Mike Norvell every time the offense went three now because they didn't convert a third down conversion until the beginning of the fourth quarter. They start off that game 0 for 11. I just don't see getting any better, especially I'm gonna go on the road against Alabama. And I know that the, not currently in Tallahassee, but I know that the vibe around the program in Tallahassee is not nearly what it was heading into week one last year when Florida State was able to pull off the upset. Well, let's get to the X factors that Alabama needs to look out for from Florida State. Like for somebody that's, for anybody that's not really watched Florida State as well, who would you say are the X factors, my guy? I talked about him earlier, Usman Kroma on the offensive side of the ball and also Deuce Robinson. Those are just the two, they're the two most talented players on this offense. I want to list Ashton Daniels as an X factor, but he hasn't even shown the flash that he can be. Obviously, if Florida State wants to win this game, he has to have one of those great performances we saw last year at Auburn. I guess that would technically make him an X factor, but I don't know if I believe it. I think the offensive line is really going to struggle in this game. Defensively, it has to be Mandrell Dazir. Again, all the talents there, it's just what are you able to do? I think the secondary has a pretty tough job, obviously. Ryan Coleman-Williamson had the best performance last year in Tallahassee, but I think the secondary actually has improved since last year. I think Jabril Rawls, Quinerius Jones, and Amaya Chandler are some really good names to look out for there. Honestly, the other X factor too is going to be linebacker Chris Jones out of Southern Miss. I really like what he's been able to do and turn around this linebacking core, which has been fairly weak, honestly, since 2023. I haven't really liked a lot of the guys coming in and out of there, but I would say on the defensive side, between Jabil Rawls, Chris Jones and Mandrell Dizier. Well, we'll definitely be keeping an eye on those guys for sure on Saturday. And now let's get to the keys to victory before we make our predictions, because I mean, because you're our guest, Gus, let's go with you. And then we'll round out with Jeffrey and I for keys to victory. Keys to victory. This is going to be a tough one. It's you got to win in the trenches. And I know it's going to be probably the hardest part of the game. But if Florida State wants any chance, you have to be able to set up your offensive line and defensive line. You have to cause some pressure on Keelan Russell, and you have to be able to run the football. And I think if we're able to run the football, then you can actually open up the passing game a little bit. Obviously, that still hasn't been the case for Florida State, Mike Norvellas. They've been able to run the ball and still struggle to pass. I think the keys to victory is really going to be dominating the trenches and limiting the big plays, too, because you know your offense hasn't been able to produce any yet. And then on the other side, produce a big play. Get, like, I understand you're not trying to push the ball far down the field, but there's got to be times where you have to orchestrate a shot to Deuce Robinson. With a one-on-one downfield, you have to at least get the ball within his catch radius. And then, Mackay Danzi, you got to get him out in space, you got to get him moving, even getting him the ball in a screenplay, not just spamming an end around or a fake end around that's going to end up losing your yardage. But I'd say, keys to victory for Florida State if they want to go in and pull off this upset and toss Calusa, going to be dominating the trenches and causing and creating some big plays. Let's hear what you got to say, Jeffrey. Yeah, I mean, definitely, you know, for me, I mean, I agree a lot with what Gus said, but I mean, a big X factor for last year's game. And I don't want to rehash it too long because I want to do the keys for this year. But Malzahn, Gus Malzahn did matter last year, okay? He really did matter in that game. And a lot of people knew about it, but it was just like, oh, Alabama sucks. So that's why they lost. No, Malzahn, he was really good at beating Alabama. He was really good at it at Auburn. And the plays that he ran, like Castellanos, they were doing a lot of trickery and into rounds and little funky stuff. And I'm not seeing that this year. So I'm not saying they're not going to do that, but without Malzahn there, that's massive, man. I mean, if he was still there, I'd be a lot more worried for real. I mean, I would be, because he was just really good. Some people are just really good at being 18, you know, maybe not all teams, but 18. But that was huge for Florida State last year. I mean, this game's at home. I mean, that's gonna be really hard for Florida State, because I mean, if we get ahead by 10 to 14, it's like you're already like Norvell's gonna be on the sideline looking like he's about to lose it. He's gonna do his signature. He's gonna be squatting, hands on the knees pose, like the same thing he does. Yeah, it's just like we've already lost. Like, you know, there's not gonna be any fight left. I mean, unfortunately, Florida State's not in a position right now with the way things are, that if they fall behind, they're done. You know, like they're not gonna be able to come back, probably. Like if they get down by more than 14, I just don't see any chance that they have. Like this game's gonna have to be close the entire game for Florida State to even have a chance. And Alabama's gonna have to make mistakes like SMU did. And I mean, the fact that they had four turnovers, like you said, really bad turnovers, and they still couldn't capitalize on it. It's like Alabama, I mean, seeing them make that many mistakes at home, that's gonna be very difficult to do. And plus, I mean, Ash and Daniels, he really has to be the X Factor if they're gonna win. Because he's got to do what Castellanos was able to do last year, run and make the timely throws. Castellanos made about 2 or 3 throws last year in that game that were really good. And he got hyped for that, and he never really delivered after that. So it's like if Daniels can make a couple really good throws and then run for about 100 yards, like he did when he was at Auburn against BAMA, they'll have a chance. But I don't know, I think Alabama's improved on defense. I really do, I think we've improved on defense. I don't think it's elite yet, but I think that we're doing a better job stopping QB run. I just, I really have a hard time seeing Florida State win. I'm still not taking any game for granted, because again, you know, you never know. But I think Florida State's going to have a very hard time staying competitive, especially if they fall behind Norvell. He's going to get even more conservative with the play calling, just to try not to lose by too much. I mean, I've seen this before with certain coaches. That's what Norvell is going to try to do. If he falls behind by more than 10, then he's just going to be like, we got to shorten the game. Let's not lose by 30. Let's lose by 13. It's like, dude, you still lost, try to win. So I think for that fact alone, I'll say Alabama wins probably. I'll go 35 to 14. I'll be nice. I don't want to say too many. I was going to say 38-13 when we made our way back around. I was going to say 38-13. So pretty much that same realm. I could see Florida State maybe potentially scoring early. I'm like 35-14. Like Florida State is going to score a little bit, but Alabama is going to pull away. Then Norvell is going to try to shorten the game and not get blown out by too much. So that's what I'm feeling. Oh, man. That's my fault, to go 38-14 for Florida State. But it all serves this, though. The key to the victory is make sure that Caleb Russell's got enough protection. Make sure that he's getting at least 200 to 250 passing yards. Make sure the run game is at 150 or more plus rushing yards. Put enough pressure on Ashton Daniels. You'll be good to go and get make sure the Alabama just can't let them run the football. No, yeah. Because honestly, if you let them try to beat you at the pass, I'm going to be honest with the way I've watched his team. It's. It's not beating anyone. There we go. I mean, that's what you got to do if you're the Crimson Tide. All righty. I mean, we got your friends in the chat, Gus. We've got your couple of the Auburn hosts. I haven't said anything Auburn related yet. I mean, I think I have much, feel much better about that side of my family. We're going to leave everybody watching for more when it gets to Auburn Week. Oh, man. Oh, man. We're going to party like Alley Cats when it gets to Auburn. There we go. I hope the Tigers like that term. Still the best robber in college football, right? Yeah. I mean, you get the part of the cat cat right here on The Voice of College Football. I mean, oh, man. So we got Jack Myrick in the chat. Thank you for tuning in, Jack. You could check him out right there with Gus Wilson on Auburn at The Voice of College Football. And he does a lot of great work at Auburn Tigers Wire and on the radio for Auburn Sports. You can also check him out on Lockdown Cardinals Hit, which is a shorts channel for the Arizona Cardinals at the Lockdown Network. He's one of my go-tos. He should be yours too. Same with Donovan Weaver, who also does a great job on Auburn at The Voice of College Football with Gus Wilson and Jack Myrick. You'll see him Tuesday nights. It's 6 p.m. Central time, right, Gus? It actually switched now. So the 3.65 is going to be 6 p.m. Central, 7 p.m. Eastern, and then we bumped Auburn just a little bit to 7.30 Central, 8 p.m. Eastern. Oh, okay. So it's 7.30 Auburn Prime Time Live with you, Jack, and Donovan, y'all. Correct. These guys are some of the busiest workers in the TV channels at The Voice of College Football Network. I'm telling you, man, I mean, again, these are my go-tos. They should be yours too. And they have all kinds of great guests. I mean, I know we've seen Zach Blackerby. There was one episode of Blaine Crane from The Crane and Cone Show last week. So that was a pretty awesome video. Y'all check that out. And also, you're making all kinds of magic with Cole Krueger at Florida State Seminoles live. But I feel we're going to be seeing some postgame shows with you, Cole Krueger, Jatson Berlison, and Jacob Smith on Florida State postgame show one of these days during the season. Yeah, I mean, we might hop in for a pretty fun one this Saturday. Probably, I would assume right around after the game ends, maybe like 30 minutes after or so. But I mean, that week, we unfortunately, I wasn't able to go live because I couldn't stay up until 2 30 to watch my team lose. I fell asleep in the fourth quarter, woke up around three or four in the morning and saw that we lost SMU. Wasn't surprised, went back to bed, went and stayed very happy. And then Cole and I kind of gave our thoughts about that on our Wednesday Seminoles live show. But I think we'll both be ready to go for live after this game. There we go, man. Oh man, you're seeing us bring all kinds of magic, not just at Florida State at The Voice College Football, Auburn at The Voice College Football, and at VOCP365 Live. You're also seeing all kinds of magic here on ATS. Let's get him over to $1,000 on ATS. Let's help him get over to that. There we go. Love Pulpfish. That's one of the best movies ever, man. You like that? Yeah, I got to keep that up there right now. It's a classic, man. Classic. Oh, man. Oh, let's do a little jungle boogie over to his next site, shall we? So this is the Sport and State site, founded by Clay Travis. For those who don't know about it, tell us a little bit about what you got going on there, good-bye. Yeah. So it's Clay Travis' latest media company. Obviously, he got his founding over there at Outkick and Fox Sports, and we have a lot of fun things going on. We have live shows that run every weekday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern. Got a lot of good content coming out of there. Obviously, I have my acts where I talk about my articles, and then I also just post anything I write. But you should definitely check out all the other writers as well. I had a fun one writing about the border war. That was a great game. Oh, my God. As someone who wasn't involved in it, but all the extracurriculars before and after the game was awesome. But yeah, I mean, Sporn State's been really awesome to work with them. Got a lot of fun stuff coming out, so make sure you guys bookmark that website and check it every day. Well, I made sure of that. Like, I'm making sure of that. So tell your friends, your family, and the cashiers at Publix about the magic that Gus brings here at The Voice of College Football Network on the Florida State Channel, on the Auburn Channel, and on VOCFB 365, and at The Voice of College Football Network as a whole, and all right there on the Sporn State site. Let me tell you something, you're always going to have a fun ride with Gus Wilson all right there. Gus, we appreciate you have coming on, goodbye and stay safe, stay cool, stay away from that heat, and we hope to have you back, but also have Jack Myrick and Donovan Weaver for Auburn Tire Week, because I'm going to tell you right now, I'm already just getting the party plan, plan it up. That'll be a fun, that's going to be a fun live if we're all able to hop in here. I think that'll be a whole lot of fun. I'm sure that'll be awesome. I'll be all sore today. I'm getting. Yeah, because I thought with Jack, but I'm not making all of it. But what do you say guys? What do you say to partying up on Monday week or rivalry week? That's up to them. I'm always ready to go hop on whenever. I think Jack and Donovan should be too. I mean, they're still here in the chat. Hopefully, they give us a response to that. And then we just take the party over to the Auburn Primetime live show where we're here. That was Jack's doing right there with that little tune. So I appreciate that. Oh, man. I got the salt stuck in my head. I mean, he went on to crazy about Auburn salt. But in that case, I'll make an exception for that. There we go. Perfect. All right, Gus. Thank you again for coming on. And we'll be seeing you soon and give out a roll tide and we'll give out, well, not a gold nose for this week, but a gold nose for the rest of the year. Big floor stay, that's good for our life. Yeah, I appreciate you guys for having me. And I guess good luck to my Seminoles. And obviously, I know I was kind of being a downer, but I obviously still hope we win every single game because there's no draft pick that's saving this team. So, man, there we go. Hey, the best part about being down, the way to go is up. That is true. I mean, there's I don't think we could really get worse than what we've seen after the past couple of years from Florida State. So yeah, I'm excited. And thank you guys for having me. Well, thank you for coming on. I guess it's a great time. Of course. We'll see you saying goodbye. Go. Oh, man, that was a fun ride, wasn't it, man? Oh, yeah, absolutely. I mean, definitely, like, got a lot of, you know, hype for that Alabama-Alderman game now coming up late in the year. But at least for this game, you know, it's definitely a great conversation with Gus. And, you know, we'll see how it goes. You never know. I mean, Florida State could catch us by surprise again. But, I mean, right now, things are just not going very well for that program. So Alabama really does need to take advantage. Oh, great. And, you know, let's tell the people about the magic that Alabama at The Voice of College Football has on audio, shall we? Because I'm going to tell you right now, you could give us a list on Spotify, Amazon podcast, Apple podcast, and iHeartRadio for more magic of Alabama Crimson Tide Live and Alabama Primetime Live, the Alabama College Show with Jeffrey and myself as we take your calls on the Crimson Tide late night. I'm going to tell you right now, it's always a fun ride, especially when you get some of those crazy, crazy, hilarious calls from Cade the Diesel Freak. So much so that we need to, well, I keep saying we'll have a top five compilation, but note to self, we need to have compilation clips of some of those hilarious calls. But absolutely. Will he make his appearance on Thursday after the Buckeye lost to Texas? Because he was mighty silent this Saturday night. So we'll see. There we go, man. And you know, it's still hot in Bama still. I'm getting like heat advisory stuff on my phone. Supposed to be fall, but here's my question. I don't know where to shop. Jeffrey, you know where to shop? I think I know where to shop. I think of a really good idea, a really good website for people, especially Alabama fans. It's Merch. Oh, there we go. We've got the Merch Store for Alabama at The Voice of College Football, where we've got the hats, and we've got the t-shirts, and the sweatshirts, and the polo shirts. We've got the tumbler cup, and the game day mug. We've got the cam cooler all right there. Oh, man, I am so sorry, Roland D. Sorry about that, good buddy. We met. Yeah, we did touch on the AD situation earlier though. We did touch on it. And basically, what was said was, you know, like Florida State really needed to make this move. And, you know, Mike Norvell, like he's probably cooked now, you know, because like it's probably going to be a complete, you know, cleaning of the program to try to turn things around. So that that we did touch on it for brief. But yes, sorry, we fully didn't answer your question, though. Oh, there we go, man. And I don't always try to get Auburn gear. But when I do, it's Auburn Voice College Football gear. For those that are Auburn fans, all right there. And especially a shout out to our Auburn guys, Jack Myrick and David Weaver, who are in the chat, support their guy, Gus Wilson. We appreciate you guys tuning in and, you know, tell your friends, your family, and the cashiers at Pulitz about the magic that you see. The Voice College Football website, bring it all right here, especially the merch store of each of your favorite teams. And if there's something you like to see, add it to The Voice College Football website or the merch store. Email voicecollegefootballgmail.com and they'll get right back to you. Well, Jeffrey, what magic have you got cooking this week, good buddy? Are we seeing another, ooh, another Will and Dee, Jeffrey, awesome live stream tonight or tomorrow night? Ooh, what's the plan? Oh, definitely should be soon. I'm not 100% sure yet, but we will be back this week for sure sometime for our week three college football predictions. You know, it's been a wild ride so far in college footballs. I definitely can't wait to get back at that. Is Wagner getting a new Mary Mack? That's the question, is Wagner getting a new Mary Mack? I don't know, man. I mean, it's hard to beat Mary Mack, right? They're so iconic, but, you know, Wagner, iconic in their own way, getting beat 87 to 3 by James Madison. So you never know. But definitely stay tuned for me and Will. Definitely we'll be doing a show this week and I'll have more content coming up this week as we get closer and closer to the next week in the NFL and in college. The NFL is still going on tonight, but you know, it's all be shifting to next week after tonight, but definitely appreciate all the support everybody has shown on my channel. Also following on X and O and I'm going live on my channel. Also here at Alabama Voice of College Football. Appreciate all the support everybody has shown on Alabama at The Voice of College Football. Appreciate all the support on my Twitter account as well. What were we going to say, Jackson? I was going to say, let's get Jeffer over to 20,000 and when he does make an Instagram account, let's get him over to 1,000 on there, folks. I appreciate that, Jackson. Again, appreciate everybody's support that you guys have shown and you guys have been amazing here at Alabama Voice of College Football. Definitely, it's been a great ride the last couple of years, but it's going to continue on as Alabama season continues and hopefully a lot of positive things we'll be talking about the Crimson Tide this year. Not a lot of losses, hopefully a bunch of Ws, but regardless, we'll be here talking Alabama football with you guys and we appreciate it. There we go. Tell your friends, your family and the cashiers and poets about the match that Jeffrey brings. He only taught sports, but he taught sports every single day or at least tries to. You can check me out on JaxsonJohns979 where I'll have some shows with Sports Talk with Austin for Pits Analysis and Final Whistle.
